Had a wonderful stay in Ponce! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was welcoming and made everything easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Nos encantó la ubicación, justo frente a la playa, solo cruzabas a la cera del frente y ya estabas en el balneario de Rincón. Especificamente el apartamento también queda justo al lado de la entrada al edificio, por lo q el acceso es bien fácil para la entrada y salida. Si quieres ir a la playa a pie...está super accesible. Igualmente a la piscina. Sales del apartamento y justo de frente tienes la piscina del complejo. Todo a un pasito. El parking asignado, igualmente a un pasito. De verdad q todo super fácil para disfrutar de esas amenidades. En cuanto al apartamento, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo lo q necesitabamos. Nos pareció una estancia maravillosa y de seguro volveriamos. Nos encantó.

I absolutely loved my stay—I didn’t want to leave! The place is amazing, located in a great neighborhood with a fantastic atmosphere. The host was equally wonderful. I had just one small confusion regarding the parking spots, and he responded quickly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Out of the many pros this Airbnb offers (and it truly delivers on all of them), there’s only one small suggestion that could make the stay even better. In the main bedroom, the large windows let in beautiful morning light. While that’s a lovely feature, installing blackout curtains would give guests the option to block out the light when sleeping, while still allowing them to enjoy the stunning natural light during the day.

Loved this place! The view alone was worth it! The only tricky thing is because of the way neighbors park in the street, it can be tricky to park in the garage! If you're not a confident parker (or have a large vehicle), I would take this into consideration. The place was comfortable for our family of four, and the directions to get in and everything were super clear!

Great place! This place was great for the two of us, but had two bunk beds for families with children. You are adjacent to a private beach and have the option of lying in the grass as well if that is your preference. Big kitchen with plenty of space to sit or if you’d want a picnic. Small gated area where the gate is always kept shut, but easy to access. Walkable to a few cool eating spots, a very short drive into the main Rincon area (10 mins but very easy). Perfect and private view of the sunset by walking out the front door.

It was absolutely beautiful. This home is perfect for families, and it’s in a great location. You feel safe, there are so many places nearby, and the town is gorgeous. This location was spotless, and there were great amenities available such as towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. I would recommend this airbnb 110%. I would love to return here for my future stays. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Blue House in Joyuda! The home was charming, clean, and perfectly located near some of the best seafood restaurants and beautiful coastal views in Puerto Rico. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Joel was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood and how close it was to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the local flavor of Joyuda!

We always stay in Rincon every couple of months and concluded Ernest’s place is the best. Clean, comfy and cozy, everything as described and more. He is a great, responsive host always willing to help. He even left us two beach chairs and an umbrella without us asking. Definitely a super host and a great person. Will definitely return when we return to Rincon! 100/100 would DEFINITELY recommend. Thanks Ernest!

Second time staying and I have no complaints. Love the area. Jennifer is very attentive and friendly. Place is very well kept and clean. Definitely missed having access to the backyard. Was looking forward to looking up at the sky while laying down in the trampoline. 😀 Thank you Jennifer for checking up on us during the power outage. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The space itself was spacious, clean, and had so many little touches to make you feel right at home! Close to several local spots but still private enough that you could sit outside and enjoy the outdoor space in peace. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive not only giving lots of local recommendations but also checking in with us immediately by phone when we had a question upon check-in. We would gladly visit again!

Excelente apartamento, muy limpio, céntrico y lo más importante para mi súper seguro. Todo con seguridad para dejar el auto y entrar a las facilidades. Es hermoso, la vista, el ruido del mar es espectacular. La verdad que me encantaría volver muy pronto.

I love to return to Casa Cotorra, immaculate apartment, extraordinary amenities and it close to supermarkets, a bakery and Rincon beaches.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

What a beautiful home and it’s perfect for a family. The number of bathrooms (3) help and all the rooms are clean. The kitchen is well equipped with large pots for big meals and the dining room can accommodate all of us. The furniture's are all very comfortable and there is a 2 SMART TVS in all rooms including the 1 of the family rooms. The hot tub is perfect and the rooftop is stunning. The Blackstone was a major plus and allowed the family to bond and made cooking a lot easier!!What a great view! The place is also close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommended for a family getaway! Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and come back.

This was our third time at Viviana’s and it was as good as the first time. Beautiful place, peaceful atmosphere. Will be back!
