An absolutely beautiful place, thoughtfully equipped and perfect for a family getaway. We had an amazing time together, enjoying every moment. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking view, whether from the master bedroom's balcony or the upper terrace with a cup of coffee in hand, was simply uplifting. Leslie was incredibly communicative, attentive, and made everything seamless. Highly recommend booking while you can, this is a true gem!

We loved our stay at Nino’s! The view from the back of the house was absolutely stunning! It was so convenient having the kayaks and paddle boards there to take a trip out to the nearby island. The house included all amenities that we needed to enjoy our time here. The restaurants across the street also had delicious food. We would definitely stay here again.

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful, and the pool was amazing after a day of adventure. I loved that there was a cow pasture with cows out back. It felt like we were on a farm with an Oceanview! The house itself was beautiful, with lovely tropical plants all around. Everything we needed was provided.

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

Excelente alojamiento! El apartamento es grande y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo, creo que es el alojamiento más equipado que he encontrado. La ubicación es excelente, muy tranquila la zona. El famoso tablado de Isabela queda justo a pasos del apartamento, literalmente al lado. Me encantó!

We recently stayed at Don Peter and Aleida’s house, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was very well organized and extremely clean. It felt very cozy to be there. The fact that it was right in front of the beach was a huge plus, exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, we experienced two days without power due to a general blackout across Puerto Rico, but Don Peter was incredibly attentive and took great care of the generator, which provided us with electricity during that time. It was truly an experience we loved, and we definitely plan to return and enjoy their property again. Don Peter and Doña Aleida are wonderful hosts. A thousand thanks!

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

Perfect spot for a small family. Cool beach with amazing rock formations. Hosts provided great recommendations for food/ shopping. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue getting into house. We’ll be back!

Our stay at Ryan's AirB&B in Aguada was incredible! My entire family (adults, teenagers, young kids) found something they loved about the house and the property. The back of the house with the infinite pool and ocean just footsteps away was even more amazing in-person than in pictures. Indoors, the house is clean and well appointed, super comfortable bed, plenty of linens and towels, and bathrooms were in good shape. The house is easily kept at a comfortable temp with AC units in bedrooms and fans to help circulate air. In addition, large class doors open to allow for the constant breeze from the ocean to flow through. Outdoors, the property was beautifully landscaped. Additional perks included quality beach towels and most anything you could imagine needing to enjoy the beach. The house location is private and convenient, like pastries and sandwiches from Eileen's Bakery, just a 4-min walk. Honestly, it was hard to leave and we can't wait to return! Staying at this super cozy apartment in Hatillo, just an hour from San Juan, was an absolute delight from start to finish! The panoramic view of the beautiful and very private beach just a few steps away was nothing short of spectacular, offering sweeping vistas that instantly immersed us in the island's beauty. The two indoor and outdoor pools were an excellent addition—we loved a refreshing swim while enjoying the lush surroundings. The apartment is a true gem, tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches that add to the overall charm and comfort. It felt like a true home away from home, where every detail contributed to a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Whether we were lounging inside or relaxing on the balcony, the ambiance was always soothing and relaxing. This place is perfect for any group seeking a peaceful retreat with stunning views and top-notch amenities. We couldn't recommend it more highly for anyone visiting Puerto Rico and wanting to experience its natural beauty.

I can't recommend this listing and location enough! The little cottage community was quiet and peaceful with spectacular views of the ocean. We enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells and sea critters. My family loved playing in the pool... and although it was a shared pool, it never was busy and rarely had people in it. The listing had everything we needed - full size fridge, electric cook top, air fryer - we bought drinks and food for breakfast/lunch and ate dinner at whatever beach we went to for the day. Comfy bed, comfy love seat, and comfy chairs to sit outside on. Melissa was amazing as well - literally would respond back within minutes and was so helpful. We try to travel to new places when we get a chance and not repeat locations but we can't wait to come back here! Also highly recommend asking Melissa for her favorite beaches, restaurants, and places to go.... they were all top notch!

Paul was helpful from the very beginning, he helped us find another apartment close by for my in-laws to stay in and was super responsive to every question we had. It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

Beautiful home in a perfect location on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Comfortable, spacious, modern.

Kathleen‘s cottage is the perfect place to disconnect and reset yourself, when I arrived, there was a power outage. I was a little concerned about the air conditioning not working. I opened all the windows and the ocean breeze It was wonderful Even in the middle of the day. Mother nature did her job, and it was quite enjoyable so much so that when the electricity came back on, I never turned on the air conditioner. To be able to listen to the waves and disconnects was truly spectacular. The gas range worked perfectly, especially when the power was out it was nice to be able to still make coffee and tea. And the unit is on town water so being able to use the bathroom facilities was priceless. If you go, make sure you bring binoculars and you can watch the world float by ,,snorkeling out front go around the rocks and look at all the fish. This place is hard to leave.

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

Amazing place, right on a quiet beach with pretty good snorkeling just steps into the water! We had the downstairs unit, and the upstairs was empty the whole time we were there, nice bonus. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of beach chairs, and a cooler and umbrella. The driveway is narrow, like a lot of places on PR, so a smaller rental car is advised. We had a Honda SUV and it was tight. Loved being so close to Rincon, and an easy drive if you want to do day trips to Isabella in the NW or Parguera in the south.
