The Ndoro Cottage has a cozy 'home from home feeling'. It has its own private, south facing garden with stunning views and plenty of wildlife. Deer stroll across the fields whilst you enjoy your morning coffee or your evening drink. The Ndoro Pool is a magical experience, which all our cold water swimmers enjoy. The water temperature ranges from 1 - 24 degrees, depending on the weather. For obvious reasons, the pool is not open for any dogs!! We do have a small sofa bed for special requests.

Gospel Oak Farm Barn is a new high spec, comfortable, detached Annex to our farmhouse, on a 30 acre farm, first let 2024, and spotlessly clean. Two large double bedrooms with large ensuites, walk-in showers, and a bath. Super king size beds, down duvets, feather pillows and lush Egyptian cotton linen. Swallow Cottage is a delightful well equipped cottage with 3 double bedrooms and a hot tub at Olivemead Farm. Perfectly located for holiday and business guests. With good access to the M4. Central for days out to Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds. Approximately 15 minutes from Dyson (Malmesbury) and 10 minutes from MOD Lyneham and about 30 minutes from Badminton. Well behaved dogs welcome on request - we ask that dogs are kept on a lead outside the cottage due to abundance of wildlife.

Its charming setting is instantly relaxing, with a private terrace overlooking mature gardens, dairy pasture and the tranquil River Avon. Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.
