Ceiling 6'5" with 1 lower beam. We live upstairs--the unit is noise insulated.

The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk along Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the popular and laid back area of Roncesvalles Village with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, a 24 hour gym, and the oldest movie theatre in Toronto, The Revue Cinema.

Tastefully-decorated private room. We take pride in providing guests with a clean and comfortable place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood close to downtown. We host solo guests only in general. There is noise transfer from upstairs. You will hear our family and we will also hear you. If you prefer silence or are loud, then our place is not for you. Note: The ceiling height is 6'4/194cm. (therefore not suitable for people taller than that).

Clean Private room that locate close to Lansdowne subway station. This room for 1 person only. if you have an extra guest, please book room 1 or 3. A 8 minute walk or 2 mins with Bus (3 stops away) from Lansdowne station. No Kitchen. Full size bed, wifi, shared washroom, towel, Shampoo and bodywash Bathroom will be clean daily. Easy access to the Gardner Expwy and a quick 15-20min drive to Toronto Pearson Airport.

Sleepy Hollow comes with everything but the kitchen sink (no kitchen), a bonus for travellers who don't wish to pay the additional cost of having kitchen amenities if they don't plan on cooking during their travels.

My Airbnb is located in a green and safe valley between one of the biggest Toronto parks and Bloor West Village/Junction just steps away from trendy cafes and shops. Our Airbnb has a separate entrance. Stunning biking trails are 2 min walk at Etienne Brule gate and lead to Lake Ontario passing Old Mill or north, James' Gardens. You can see salmon traveling upstream of the Humber River in the Fall.
