This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. It sleep up 4. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There are TVs in both living room and bedroom. Disney, Hulu, Paramount streaming apps included. WiFi is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave. Other features include a washer and dryer and free street parking.

The Loft Highway houses such local businesses as Roscoe’s Coffee Bar & Tap Room, Lisa’s Cakes, Oblivion Cinema & Arts, Journey Yoga Studio, and The Art of Hair Salon and Metamorphosis Day Spa. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

The French Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the charming town of Frenchtown, Ohio. This B&B has been operating since 1999 and has accommodated many guests coming to visit Darke County. Lower level of our house - it has spacious and quaint accommodations for a reasonable rate. Included: Continental Breakfast, kitchen, great room & patio. Guest rooms on lower level: 2 bedrooms - can be rented individually or as a 2 bdrm apartment (pricing varies based on events - min $75 ea bdrm).

Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

We invite you to the 1st floor of a newly renovated 1800's home near the square in downtown Troy. The Troy square is home to many lovely local restaurants and coffee shops. You'll find all the modern amenities you need at the Troy House to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.
