We had a lovely stay at Joe’s. Since the minute we booked, Joe was proactive in communication and welcoming. Location is great to explore the downtown area, as well as the university grounds. We walked everywhere. It was great to have a parking spot. The appartement is very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We were four, so two of us did sleep on the futon, which is a bit squeaky but it did not spoil our stay, as everything else was great.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

Cozy space, lovely hosts! Our arrival was perfectly timed with a snow storm. Our hosts were kind, flexible, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. The space is warm and colorful, with a nicely functional kitchen. The area is easily walkable from lakeside to Church St shops, even in snow. As others have mentioned, there is a decent amount of sound bleed between the guest and host spaces, but it was not a problem for us. Pretty typical for an older house, and adds to the coziness. :)

Our short stay was great! Apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming, charming. Even small fold down sofa in living room was comfortable with topper on it, according to teen kid. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and well laid out. Everything working. Nice touches. I was super conscious that we were 5 people in an apartment above a home with a young family and, as we came back late from the Flynn, was mindful of squeaky stairs and floors above as our group walked around. I chose for its walkability to Church Street although the weather necessitated using a car. Street parking was easy and free. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay for 1 night, clean, well furnished rooms and kitchen. recommended if you have a car to go into town.

Patricks place was so awesome - we so enjoyed the quiet space more then we expected - tub was best part after a long day Patrick was responsive and helpful all in all a great spot will come again

One of the best hosts we've ever experienced. Cheri offers to customize furniture in the space based on guest's needs, offers fresh bed sheets on regular basis, and has zero steps required for checkout. It's clear she prioritizes the overall experience for the guest and actually cares about being a good host.

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful property! We visited over the Easter Holiday and opted to stay in and cook instead of going out,just to enjoy the beautiful home over looking Lake Champlain! We attended Mass at St. Ann's in Milton, a very welcoming, beautiful church. The hot tub on the third floor balcony was amazing!! The master bedroom had huge walk in closets to stay organized during our trip. It is peaceful, relaxing home! A nice area to take a walk or ride a bike. This is a very clean, well equipped property. The host was very responsive and friendly! Milton has a very nice locally owned grocery store, Georgia Market, everything you could need was available at this family owned store, it felt great to support the local economy! We will definitely be back! Thank you Errin!

On our last day we saw a spectacular sunset which was indicative of our whole stay. The star was of course the wonderful setting on the lake. It was enhanced by how tastefully the house was renovated, decorated and fully supplied with everything we needed. It truely exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable experience in the beautiful state of Vermont.

This is our third stay at Kevin’s place. It is a home that has brought wonderful family memories for us over the years. The stunning lakefront views, large porch area and sleeping arrangements are perfect for two small families. The game area is perfect for a few drinks and dock on the lake perfect for fishing!

Stayed at this cozy cabin for a couple days with my family and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful home with stunning views of Elmore Mountain, highly recommend!

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

We had such a great family weekend getaway! It was the perfect location, close to many winter activities. The whole place was immaculate, organized, and spacious. A bathroom off of each room was very convenient and the living area was great for everyone to spend time together. The resort was also great with a beautiful indoor pool/hot tub, a small skating rink and other amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

besides the fact that the place was beautiful, the host went out of her way to help me find my rings that I left behind!

Our stay was wonderful - the accomodations were cozy and nicely fit our family of three (two adults and one preschooler). Bed was cozy, bathroom was nicely updated, and kitchen made it possible to do some light cooking for our family. Though it was too cold during our stay to use the lake amenities, our kiddo loved taking short walks to look out over the lake. We also REALLY appreciated all the board games, toys, and books. Kiddo had a blast playing with them, and we enjoyed the peace and relaxation that ensued. Overall, a great stay!

We absolutely loved this place!! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and perfect higher end furnishings for our group! We had my "older" mother with us and the ground level living and spaces were ideal for getting around. There were so many amenities and personal touches we loved. We can't wait to book again!

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

We had a LOVELY time at Suzanne’s place. Location is gorgeous, indoor pool and game room was great for our kids, and space was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Matt's place and look forward to booking again next year. The condo was nice and open and the couch was super comfy! We loved the location right between North Woodstock and Lincoln. There was also parking for my husbands snowmobile trailer which originally sold us on the place. Matt was great to work with and the condo was perfect for our weekend getaway!
