Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

This cozy, spacious, second story studio apartment resides in the heart of downtown Cedarville, Ohio. Its many windows provide calming natural light, and its open floor plan makes it amenable for both romantic weekend getaways and family gatherings. This apartment is within walking distance of both Cedarville University (0.25 miles) and the Cedarville business district (0.5 miles). The apartment features a small kitchenette and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people.

If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you!
