The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home sits right on the Greenbrier river. Minutes from Marlinton, Siebert and Watoga State Park. Directly across the river is the Greenbrier River Trail. The great room offers tons of natural light with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

Comfortable, cozy, clean, and 10 Second drive or a five-minute walk to the beautiful Greenbrier River. Centrally located to many State Parks including Pipestem, Bluestone, Beartown, and Watoga and the New River Gorge National Park all within 45 minutes and 25 minutes to Greenbrier River Trail. In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Cottage by the Greenbrier

Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.

Summersville Lake Rd Cabin - Pet Friendly!

Experience the serenity of West Virginia in a beautiful cabin, less than 5 minutes from Summersville Lake. It is perfectly situated, with the feeling of being in the woods while still located near all town's amenities. Summers offer close access to outdoor adventures like fishing, hiking, rafting, biking and so much more. Winters are peaceful and cozy in the cabin surrounded by snowy mountains. There is ample parking for larger groups. We do have Wi-Fi and decent cell coverage!

It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.
