Andrews and Donna’s place is amazing. It is a beautifully renovated older home that now looks quite modern. What you see is exactly what you get and the extra room out the back is fantastic. We had a family get together and the outdoor area was perfect. The pictures don’t actually do it justice. Andrew was so accommodating and I can’t wait to stay again.

A lovely family Easter getaway with expansive gardens for our dog to mosey around in, table tennis tournaments and lots of puzzles and games to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen was stocked with essential which was a lovely touch and the master bed was so comfy, it was hard to get out of it some mornings! Gus was extremely helpful and provided insight into the region. Definitely give this place and its host 5 stars! Thanks so much for having us. :)

We had a great stay, the house is exactly as described. Super clean, comfy beds. A few extras that made our stay easier like tea, coffee, oil, foil etc just the everyday stuff you don’t travel with but what when utilising the kitchen. A great stay and first visit to Bendigo!

Spectacular cottage with great eclectic and interesting artwork throughout. Very spoilt with home made treats on arrival and breakfast supplies. Loved our weekend and highly recommended.

What a lovely homely cottage.. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable . Hosts thoughtfully put on air conditioning before our arrival as was 37 degrees and unit lovely and cool. Lots of little extras and very well done. Fully recommended. Great job guys.

Great place to stay. Plenty of off street parking, 2 in garage and space for two under carport, And an extra in the driveway. Driveway kerb is shallow, so great for Hotrods. All clean and ready to go. Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Hot water, Heater and Cooler all good. Would stay again if traveling to Bendigo.

Andreas place is simply stunning. The design is so well thought out. A dream home for sure. The gorgeous handmade wood furniture was lovely. The main bed was a hospital style bed that you can put in various positions which I did & the mattress was SO comfy. The outside area is fuctional as well as a lovely outlook to the backyard. Will definitely stay here again.

Top notch property and very responsive. A beautiful spacious property with everything laid out and thought of. Lovely living room leading out to a backyard and secure, suitable for the dog. Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms. The property is in a lovely area and close proximity to the main city. Thank you for a beautiful long weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Cynthia's. The cottage is really nice, with a green garden and great spots to sit outside. The fit out is comfy and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Superb place, large proportions. Well equipped and A+ hosting. Very private, easy to find and well located 5 minutes or so from town, which has lots of dining and entertainment options, especially the renowned Easter Festival which was our 2nd time to, and we travel to Bendigo at least 1-2 times per year. Recommend this stay to others, and close by to local shops, use of pool & BBQ facilities. An easy driving distance from Melbourne, and this destination is ideal for families or larger groups with all the space, or just a couple like us - I'm sure our children regret not coming on such a wonderful long weekend away. Lovely house with everything we needed for our family, very quiet area but close to town centre, having a pool was a bonus especially with the great weather.

We were so impressed as a family how awesome this placed would be, the kids played Pool, ping pong, took advantage of all the activities offered, it was so well thought out, being able to bring our 2 dogs was amazing, we walked them everyday and they loved exploring. We will become back for sure. Thank you.

Our stay at Jessica’s was lovely, the rooms were spacious, clean and inviting, we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend.

We had an unforgettable stay at Noonanmeena, a stunning passive house set on 20 picturesque acres in Redesdale. The property is beautifully situated, backing onto the Coliban River, with easy access to Redesdale town center, just a short drive away. It's also conveniently located—only 25 minutes from Heathcote and 20 minutes from Lake Eppalock. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or taking a dip in the pool, watching the sunset was an absolute highlight. John was an exceptional host—welcoming, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Thank you for making our long weekend truly special—we can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved staying at Richards oasis in Castlemaine. Richard was so welcoming, generous and friendly and went above and beyond to make out stay enjoyable. Also loved the friendliness (and cuteness) of four legged friend Frankie. would love to stay here again a beautiful property and building and delightful hosts.

Jade’s place is a peaceful country cottage, beautifully set up and spotlessly clean. We had a very comfortable stay and loved being able to wake up to the cluck of chickens and Jade’s lovely big horse whinnying good morning. Though Jade’s farm is obviously out of town, it’s an easy 15 mins drive into the nearest town for supplies, and the cottage is fully prepped for home cooking. Jade was well organised with communication, and check in and out was super easy. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet farm stay.

Fantastically peaceful and private house for our entire family and pooch. Central to all our activities while visiting family and friends are in the area. Great value and would return.

We had a pleasant stay at Quiet Country Retreat, located right at the foot of Mount Alexander. The accommodation is great for a couple and has a separate living room and fully equiped kitchen. The verandah is a great place to relax with abundant bird sounds. Castlemaine is just a short drive away and has lots of food options.

Had a great stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything really simple. Loved the location too- close to everything but still quiet. Would definitely stay again!:)

It was good to have a nice quiet place to stay when in Bendigo for a 21st. Would like to have the house as an option to stay in again in the future when visiting family in Bendigo. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Trevor’s log cabin. Such a peaceful place, sitting on the verandah and just letting the serenity wash over you was exactly what we needed. Trevor is an exceptional host, there is absolutely nothing you would want for whilst staying here. Breakfast supplies, full fruit bowl, all the condiments and a great kitchen set up -made for an easy stay here. Fully fenced yard for our dog, beautiful walks down by the river to fish, a truly wonderful stay. Trevor was awesome at communicating and we would love to return again and again.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. A destination in itself. Spectacular botanical garden of fruit and flowers, large lilly pond, bird aviary, wild wrens constantly hopping around a few metres from the glass doorway, a river flowing at the bottom of the property, chilled goats chickens cats and dogs who loved a pat. It was so much fun and even had complementary home made dog treats and home made produce for sale. Wendy and Mark were truly the most welcoming hosts. Only about 2 hours from Melbourne. We could go on and on. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Wendy and Mark and your furry & feathered entourage.

This house is very homely, it fitted our family perfectly. The house has a beautiful outdoor area which was very calming. Everything was very clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend staying here and if we are in the area again I’d love to stay again.
