We loved our stay at Sweet Briar in the Vines - was the perfect location for a weekend away with friends. All the bedrooms were so beautiful and unique. The kitchen and verandah was perfect for our afternoon cheese platter and BBQ dinner. The breakfast provided in the fridge was a nice touch. The living room was spacious and cozy. The location was beautiful - a quiet and peaceful home amongst the vineyards. Saw some kangaroos in the morning. We can't wait to go back :-)

5 plus stars from my whole family. The home and vineyards are pristine. There was so much to do both inside and outside. We cannot speak highly enough of David or Cookie as my children now call him (feeling comfortable with him straight away). David went above and beyond the entire trip. The Studio was a lovely place to stay at. Great location and all amenities available. Thr studio was very well furnished and cozy. Thank you for being pet friendly as well, our dog really enjoyed the space too.

We liked it so much visiting a previous time with our first child we returned this time with our second! The kids had a ball and loved seeing, feeding and patting the donkeys, ponies, goats, chickens and dogs and wandering about the farm. They loved climbing the tree out the front of the accomodation and we ate dinner outside each night watching the animals being fed. Sarah was great at accomodating us and generous with her time and animals. Our son wants to live there!

An amazing stay with so much beauty surrounding you! Our surprise was the animals around the accommodation which made it so much fun for us as a family! Standing up and see the mountains and the sheep, alpacas, chickens and turkeys! We can’t wait to come back! Our stay at Karen's was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully considered by our host. The space was great for the 4 of us... spacious rooms and bathrooms as well as the open plan kitchen and living area. There was enough food for 6-8 people and we enjoyed our cook up of local bread, bacon and eggs on the Sunday when we had a late check out. Bread, jams, cereals, coffee and treats were overflowing and various milks were available too. Such a memorable experience...we hope to return one day!

Rustic farmhouse. 3 separate wings one just outside. Expect clean, not pristine. It’s a beautiful farmhouse with character. You can’t expect to be out there and not have bugs and cobwebs. It’s really cool checking out the things in the house. It’s such a good set up for kids and dogs they can run around having fun. The walk in pantry/larder is great. It’s a unique experience and I think good for kids to get back to nature and it’s dvds only. If they didn’t have their devices they might have a really cool, old school experience. Trampoline, fire pit, different decks. Just have realistic expectations, you can’t expect a new build when you book a farmhouse. I had fun getting the fire going. I’m petrified of magpies but the birds here were friendly. I liked it. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manna Vale Farm. The cottage, property and location were all beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stay. David was such a great host with some top recommendations. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay. It was one of the most well equipped places, especially for a family with kids. Great selection of kids books, toys for indoor and the beach, kitchen utensils etc. You can feel the effort and thoughtfulness of the host. The way the apartment is designed is fantastic. The size is perfect for a family of four, and it feels so cozy and has beautiful views from the living and master bedroom. They had ponies and horses, which were right in front. We also saw many parrots and other birds, as well as kangaroos. We did not meet the host, but they were responsive and friendly.

Amanda gave us the most peaceful, beautiful, welcoming stay. The property is gorgeous, the home is so welcoming. This was perfect for us and our 3 small dogs, well fenced, dog doors, water and food bowls, even little dog beds and spare towels and linen in case there was any dirty paws. You can tell Amanda takes great care of her own animals and i think for our next stay here we may see if pet sitting is an option. You will have everything you need in abundance, we brought everything we thought we might need... but needed nothing as it was all there for us right down to paper and kindling for the fire. We are so excited to be going back... we just need to book it now 😀

Wow! This place is amazing, Ryans rest is such a beautiful lil home away from home. Everything you need is right there! Jo is amazing, the property is huge, and it was so peaceful, the mooing of the cows on a morning as they moved from paddock to paddock down in the valley, to birds tweeting in the afternoon and nothing but crickets and frogs at night, with amazing stars! The heated wood fire tub was a massive for both us, expect it to get hot! But add extra water (if you dont discoloured water this might not be for you) none the less amazing! Make sure you take a trip to Lake Jaspin and amazing man made lake! It’s Huge, plenty to see and do even kayaking and water tubes! Highly recommend staying here with Jo she is amazing and responsive, the little house was clean, smelt great. Watch your head at night! But hey this is part of the adventure we laughed every time. Great stay we will be back 100% Thank you again Jo for an amazing little spot

Such a stunning cabin that perfectly matched the photos. This was one of the most peaceful stays I’ve had, right in nature and perfect if you want a getaway. The breakfast basket was full of local produce and generous in size - we had more than enough for our stay. It was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home. The design of the entire cabin was well thought out and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend and would stay again if I’m back in SA!

A beautiful cottage, clean and tidy and beautiful views out the back. The animal visitors added extra charm and we loved how easy it was to walk to local cafes and shops. We would book again in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I only spent a night but we both would of loved to spend a week or more. Absolutely comfortable and cosy and would definitely like to return for a longer experience next time. Suited our needs perfectly. Would 100 percent recommend to others wanting a private, quiet stay away that offers extremely beautiful and comfortable surroundings. Muchly appreciated! John and Sherri's place is comfortable, clean and only a short walk from the main road. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely marvellous Kitchen very well appointed

A wonderful time in nature - a stone's throw away from the beach and the Saturday markets and full of birds of all varieties. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all sorts of amenities and all disposable items were biodegradable which we really liked and appreciated. It felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb with how much stuff was kept stocked everywhere! Surrounds were private and pristine - the bedrooms were comfortable there was enough space for the four of us to find a cozy nook and go off and read - we would definitely visit again if we get a chance!!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Monica’s house. The living spaces were fantastic and outside area lovely. Could have done with a couple of nice salad bowls and a baking dish for our Easter Lunch but hardly a problem. We had a great time. Would recommend. Also the local market on Saturday morning was fantastic and the wineries so close by were a delight. We really enjoyed the wine! Thank you

The house is so much more stunning in real life than in the photos, the colours and the height of the ceiling is luxurious. The architectural design and way the light enters the rooms really is something that we enjoyed every day. The baby animals that surround the property brought us so much joy! We saw a beautiful little calf running and playing in the rain! Would really recommend, thanks so much Patti for having us.

The perfect weekend getaway for our family, beautiful views over the hills and paddocks. A lovely large farm style house with wide verandas for the kids to play on and for us to just sit outside and relax. With the small town of Toodyay just a 5 mins drive to grab supplies and a cafe lunch. We loved this Airbnb!

Sal was incredibly responsive, and the house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set in peaceful surroundings. Spectacular views all around, with the sound of cows in the distance and wrens darting through the garden. A truly relaxing escape in nature. 5/5!
