CURT'S COZY BASEMENT APARTMENT is located approximately 45 minutes from Hartsfield Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Buckhead and Mercedes Benz Stadium. A quick drive up Highway 85 North and you can be at Gwinnett Braves Stadium, Mall of Georgia and Infinite Energy Arena. The home is situated in a quiet and peaceful culdersac & very convenient neighborhood Also there are quite few shopping plaza, parks, recreational areas, movie theaters and well known restaurants withing 5 miles.
