We had family gathering from different states to attend my son‘s wedding in Texas. The house was spacious enough for the entire group that attended. The groom and groomsmen were able to get ready and not be cramped, and the pictures taken while they were getting ready, had beautiful backgrounds because everywhere you turned in the home was beautiful decor. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Lovely home, would rent again.

This home stands apart from the area. It's super cute, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The backyard was extremely relaxing as was the hot tub. We had an amazing weekend.

We stayed at Kristen’s place for the second time, and felt right at home. A great place for a long weekend in the forest by the lake. Highly recommended

Great place to stay for a couples weekend getaway! The property is very private and we really enjoyed fishing the pond and spending time in the hot tub. Super close and easy to drive over to the casino and any stores you may need. We would definitely stay here again!

We have family in Sherman but decided to stay in Denison simply due to the Rooftop home that we found online. The home is absolutely incredible and made our family's vacation! Hats off to whomever designed and decorated the home. This was our favorite home yet!!!! The great thing as well is that since my brother and his family live in the next town, we'll be able to go back! Thank you!

Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! Has a wonderful weekend with my boys at the South Cabin! Hosts went above and beyond, and the place itself was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this place to do a guided fishing trip, location is great 10 min from catfish bay. Beautiful grounds and cabin was nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even left us s’mores ingredients which was a great night. Hot tub was nice and clean. Over all would love to comeback a weekend and just stay at the cabin and watch the birds and fish the pond. It’s also a great place to stay for quick access to local areas.

Our cabin was great, we had the North Cabin and it opened up to the backyard with the pool and picnic tables. Very clean, staff was exceptional!
