Wonderful place to stay! We had a great time and overall was very well maintained! The binder of recommendations was incredible and a welcome basket was a really nice touch! Thank you Angela for ensuring we had a great holiday!

It was a great stay with absolute stunning views. Being living in a city, it was a dream to be in such a peaceful environment. It was highly refreshing mentally and physically. Karen was proactive in her communication and guidance. And she was also responding quickly to the queries. I would definitely recommend this property if someone wants to get rid of the chaos in city and have a peaceful vacation amid the nature and farm with breathtaking scenic views.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

Absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy. Lots of extra bedding, blankets and sheets. The caravan smelt so lovely and was very well equipt with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed!! There were 2 adults and 6 children and we had lots of space! Diane was a great host and we cant wait to stay again!

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Property was exactly what we were looking for, felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Neutral decor and comfortable furnishing. We had an issue with the boiler one day, but with prompt communication this was sorted asap. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you

We had a family break, 3 generations celebrating our son’s birthday and we absolutely loved the cottage and the location is stunning. I would definitely recommend staying here, for the young ones having Wi-Fi was a bonus although they spent a lot of time outside walking and in the wonderful hot tub. Just a fantastic time was had by all.
