This is a beautiful apartment! Bigger than the pictures, very nice. The neighborhood is very charming and fun, small community but very welcoming and friendly with rich history. Close to Cincinnati. The river is directly in front of the house and is so majestic and peaceful. Christian is an excellent host, answered most questions before we even asked. Great experience we really can’t say enough about the amazing apartment that made a weekend getaway feel like a full vacation!

Perfect as always Edward is an exceptional host. He really makes me feel like my business is important to him.

This was our 3rd stay at Christian’s place. It’s perfect for us when visiting family and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Super comfortable master bedroom !

Clean, lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Edward was very communicative and flexible when we didn’t realize the checkout was at 10 am. Would stay there again!

My family and I have stayed here the last 5 months and we couldn’t be happier!! Our experience with Ed and his Airbnb has been exceptional! Ed is easy to work with, is willing to be flexible, and is always available when you have questions or need anything! We enjoyed staying at Joe’s place. It was clean and convenient/walkable to the Front Street restaurants. The only issue we had was that the main door going into the building did not automatically lock. Unless locked from the inside, it would stay open 24/7. It would be great if that door automatically locked and/or the door at the top of the stairs automatically locked. The suite was spacious and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks, Joe, for hosting us!

Christian was an amazing host that went above and beyond. The river was reaching flood stage due to heavy rains. He made arrangements to get us other accommodations nearby since the flood was going to impact the town’s utilities. Most other hosts would have said, “sorry, you are on your own.” Not Christian, he definitely took care of us as his guests and made sure we had another place to go last minute. The historical property that Christian owns is very nice and very welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to spend some time in New Richmond, Ohio.

Fantastic place for a nice getaway. Home was as described & beautifully maintained! Decor makes it extra homey! Perfect location to visit theArk & Creation Museum. Recommend 100%!!

If I could give this place SIX stars, I would. There were fun games for our family to play. We enjoyed a breeze on the gazebo. We walked down the hill to see the lake. We slept so well in the comfy beds with room darkening shades.

Amazing view ! Relaxing home just like the pictures. Great local things to do. We had a great time and enjoy our stay for our family spring break . Host was available to answer all our questions. Thank you !

My husband, granddaughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Erin's lovely home. She was responsive to my questions before our trip, and she had left great suggestions for restaurants, etc. We tried several on our trips to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, and we loved the burgers, the pizza, and the Cincinnati chili. The home is lovely. There are neighbors nearby, but the home is well insulated, so we heard little noise. And goodness...at night, the lake got SO quiet and peaceful! The beds were all VERY comfortable, and we fell into them gratefully after long, busy days. The hot tub was also a blessing for sore muscles after much adventuring. The kitchen was spotless and met our needs perfectly. We'd LOVE to come back when we can stay longer and play in the lake.

Scott’s place was just what our family needed to spend a weekend and go to the Ark and celebrate Christmas! It had plenty of room to stretch out and the best part they accept dogs!!!! Would definitely recommend Scott’s place to anyone.

My family and I absolutely loved this spot! It was a beautiful location right on the lake and everything was perfectly clean and easy to navigate. Definitely will be returning.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. Our kids absolutely loved it. The screened in porch was a favorite spot. And the view was very pretty. Memories were made and we would love to come back.
