We have been visiting Mauritius since 2000 and have always loved spending our holidays on the island. Over the years, we've stayed in a variety of accommodations, including 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels, as well as private villas. This year was particularly special, as our kids, now young adults, thoroughly enjoyed all the activities—from boat trips and beaches to dining at restaurants and celebrating New Year’s Eve with the spectacular fireworks displays. We highly recommend this accommodation for its central location and the added bonus of a large pool. The host went above and beyond, even arranging car rentals and setting up a braai for us South Africans to enjoy. After years of searching for the perfect spot, we’ve found it and will continue to book this unit for years to come. Thank you for an unforgettable stay

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und auch Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in einen gepflegten Innenhof mit einem großen Mangobaum und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem 7 Monate altem Baby in dieser Unterkunft und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Am praktischsten war der Zugang von der Garage direkt zur Wohnung, perfekt wenn man mit Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Insgesamt hat man mehr als genug Platz wenn man zu zweit plus Baby anreist. Es gab ein paar Ameisen, aber man hat uns dabei schnell geholfen. Auch war der erste Zugang zur Wohnung etwas kompliziert. Hier könnte wenigstens die Beschreibung etwas verständlicher sein. Sehr schön ist die Reinigung zwischendurch und dass man neue Handtücher bekommt. Im Vergleich zum 4-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir unseren Aufenthalt mit 7 Monate alten Baby in diesem AirBnB besser, auch weil alles schön sauber war!

Everything was as expected by their previous reviews. Perfect clean apartment to our needs and nice little pool up on the roof. Large bed for us and nice smaller one for our boy. Pierre offered assistance if I had something to ask but everything was was well planned and written down beforehand. My warmest recommendations to all who want an affordable stay in Flic en Flac

Super séjour. Logement magnifique ! Situation en bord de plage avec accès de l’appartement directe a la superbe piscine. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements et salle de bain avec wc. Les propriétaires répondent aux questions très rapidement et fournissent des informations pour le sejour : adresse excursions, taxis et alimentation. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.

Absolutely loved staying at Antonio's apartment! The view of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is new and kept exceptionally clean. Loved cooking in the kitchen which was well stocked in utensils for all our cooking needs - this is a rare find as most self catering accommodation lacks all cooking essentials. The quality of kitchen utensils was exceptional for a holiday stay, which I personally enjoyed. Antonio is fast to respond to any questions. Also loved the local hospitality of Isabelle and Yanick. This apartment was definitely a home away from home in its comfortably!

Die Unterkunft ist top... Geraldine hilfreich und hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt...Vielen Dank... Leider mag der Nachbar keine Kinder ( 2. Etage re) hat unsere Kinder jeden Tag angegangen auf französisch ..laut...aggressiv und total unfreundlich Mit Kindern die gerne am Pool spielen und auch mal lauter sind... ist das nicht das richtige... da die Nachbarn alle ihre Ruhe haben wollen und jeden Tag stresst geschoben haben... schade... da es uns bei Geraldine echt super gefallen hat

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition, providing a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tropical weather. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby beautiful beaches, shopping malls and local restaurants. The host (Fred) was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Overall, I highly recommend Riva Sagara to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway in Mauritius.

Merveilleux séjour dans un coin de paradis où les hôtes sont toujours au petit soin pour aider ou renseigner. Et petit plus : une cuisinière au top pour vous faire découvrir la cuisine locale. Les photos et descriptions correspondent vraiment à la réalité . Encore un grand merci à Marie Laurence.

A beautiful place with breathtaking garden! The ocean is right at your door step, we ended up never going to any other beaches. Kavita is amazing! She made a very detailed instructions pdf with all the nice restaurants and places to visit there, gave us numbers of taxi drivers and doctors (in case we ever need anything). The house is lovely and very stylish, I was particularly enjoying the combination of an ocean breeze and airco. So if you seat in the garden and open all doors you don't need an airco, because the breeze goes right through the house from the ocean and in the afternoon, just close the doors, switch on the airco and the house is cool! And the garden has the breeze all the time, you actually don't feel the heat at all. Kavita also took care of mosquitos, the gardener treated the garden and pool area and we could see the difference almost immediately. So we had lovely vacation! And any issues that we had were instantly addressed, Kavita was very forthcoming and kind❣️

Amreen est une personne extrêmement chaleureuse et accueillante. Elle a fait en sorte que notre séjour soit le plus simple et agréable possible. Chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'aide, ses réponses ont été rapides et efficaces. Nous avons été confinés dans l'appartement pendant un ou deux jours à cause du cyclone, mais la qualité de l'hébergement, notamment la piscine, nous a permis de profiter malgré tout. Amreen a été très attentionnée et s'est souciée de notre bien-être tout au long de cette situation. Je recommande vivement ce logement à 100%. Il offre un grand espace, une climatisation fonctionnelle, et surtout, une vue splendide sur l'océan. Un grand merci !

Pour notre deuxième séjour, nous avons été toujours été aussi conquis par la maison de Naila. Linda nous a accueilli et soigné durant notre séjour avec gentillesse et attention. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de venir une troisième fois. Superbe site, maison bien agencée, bonne literie.

Julien is an amazing host. He was very accommodating and flexible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place, it is located right on the beach and restaurants , grocery stores are easily accessible by car. Do not hesitate to book this place - the views are stunning and the area is quiet and private. Thank you for being an amazing host Julien and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

We had a peaceful relaxing few days. We were greeted by the host and shown around. Everywhere was neat tidy and spotless. There was a welcome pack to get us started before we went to the supermarket. A car is necessary for the location. We’d opted for a meal to be cooked for our first night which was delicious. Stephanie kept in touch with us it and it was nice surprise that WiFi is available at the house. Marie-Michelle came in every morning to clean so everywhere was spotless. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt looked after

Mein Gefühl beim buchen hat mich nicht getäuscht. Mittendrin in der Atmosphäre, zwischen anheimischen leben. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful apartment. It was walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach which the hosts described how to access was stunning and never busy, paradise! Having the pool was fabulous too, like a little oasis. I read other guests thought the apartment was noisy but it didn't bother us at all. All the maintenance staff were very friendly, and the hosts were also on hand for anything we needed during our stay. You won't regret booking, we can't wait to return.

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

L'ile Maurice c'est le paradis sur terre mais chez Jimmy c'est le so mum. Jimmy, merci merci pour tout. L'accueil, les conseils, la prise de nouvelles durant notre séjour, ta maison est au top. La cuisine est plus que fonctionnelle. Un nespresso en plus d'une cafetière, vous pouvez vous faire à manger comme à la maison mais celà n'en vaut pas la peine. Au bout de la rue sur la plage vous trouverez tous les restaurants à des prix très abordable . Les chambres très grandes. La literie impeccable. Le linge de lit, de toilette et en plus vous avez les serviettes de plage. Tout était parfait. 2 terrasses dont une sur la piscine. La décoration de sa maison est trop trop belle. Si je dois revenir à Maurice c'est chez Jimmy et nulle part ailleurs. Jimmy, à jamais dans notre cœur. Merci 🙏

Das Appartment war traumhaft. Besser als auf den Bildern. Wie im Paradies. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man aber auch wunderbar selbst kochen. Besonderes Plus: 3 mal pro Woche wird gereinigt. Luxus! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We’re a family of five and have kids between 2yrs and 7 yrs. It was the perfect place to stay at, Sarah and Rebecca were very friendly and helpful. We can 100% recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay. It’s very modern and has all the things you need. We recommend getting a rental car during the stay here. I’d love to come back if we’re ever planning on staying in grand baie again!

Wir haben bis 28.4.25 für zwei und halb Wochen Celines Wohnung gemietet. Es war rund um perfekt. Nicht nur, dass die superfreundliche und liebe Jolanda uns mit vielen Tipps für fantastische Ausflüge auf der Insel versorgt hat, die Wohnung stets sauber gehalten hat, war die Wohnung an sich einfach absolut fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist in einer wunderbaren, sehr gepflegten, architektonisch, anspruchsvollen, sehr grünen und sehr sicheren Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Pool, direkt am Meer gelegen. Diese Anlage aus kann man endlose Spaziergänge nach rechts und links unternehmen und zu den nahe gelegenen Luxushotels gelangen, wo man liegen mieten kann Mittag essen und Abendessen genießen, kann. Die Lage ist einfach nur grandios. Wir waren mit unserem Sechsjährigen unterwegs und haben ihn vor Ort ein kleines Fischernetz gekauft und er war einfach wie besessen von der Vielfalt der Fauna im indischen Ozean. Wir hatten unglaubliche Wochen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft!
