Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

The Valley House, Unit 2 is a 600 sq. ft. custom remodeled apartment with one master bedroom and bath, a full kitchen, half bath, living room and deck. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the Master Bedroom, and a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. Unit 2 allows pets. The Valley House is located in Sierraville, which is a small town nestled in the corner of the great Sierra Valley with great food, hot springs, and recreation opportunities within walking or biking distance.

Fiber optic cable internet and smart TV. 2,000 sqft game room has; pull out sofa bed, half bath, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole and darts. Guest with a pet need to pay a one time fee of $25/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Security Camera's in public areas.
