The house was perfect location to walk into Tenby. Shops were nearby. We didn’t have to use the car once. There was a car parking space outside so we didn’t need to pay to park the car or need a local permit. Rhian was very friendly and approachable. She made sure we knew where the travel cot and high chair were. The instructions in the house were very clear, especially about the recycling! It’s a beautiful house with plenty of space. Thank you so much!

We stayed at Gareth’s bnb for a uni reunion and it was perfect for what we needed. Great location close to the beach and pubs, and very reasonably priced. Would love to stay here again in the future

I really loved this stay. Super friendly and welcoming, I felt immediately right at home. The bedroom is huge and beautifully decorated, in fact every room that I saw was a masterpiece. Breakfast was ready when I woke up, which was simple, healthy, and delicious. The location was walkable from town (albeit up some big hills, but where isn't in Swansea? Besides, the views make it worth it), and being able to park without worrying when 3 hours was up was a great perk. This is one of my favourite airbnbs I have stayed in, it might even take the top spot! I really hope there is a room free when I next come and visit!

6 of us stayed for Ironman weekend. Location ideal for spectating the swim & the run. Beautiful house in keeping with the Tudor surroundings. Plenty of room & very comfortable. Extremely well equipped kitchen (not that we actually cooked lol!). Communicating with host Tom was easy and his replies were prompt. Would definitely recommend. Jill & Paul

I enjoyed every part of my stay and Lucinda was always very responsive when I had any queries, she went above and beyond as a host. She provided breakfast & fresh fruit and cleaned the bedding during my 3 week stay. When she came into the house to top up supplies she was always so warm and friendly. I would recommend to any friends visiting or to the university for any future students to stay there!

A beautiful house in a great location for getting to the Welsh coast. We had a lovely time and the kitchen was particularly good for cooking (we were cooking for 7 people) with plenty of house oils and spices which really improves cooking away from home.

Incredible value for money and a very kind host. Let us check in early and check out late, and the place was very well equipped and cosy. Would highly recommend! Do be aware it is a basic place though, as you'd expect for an Airbnb hosting so many people in so few rooms at this price. We loved our stay!

Work Booking- Great

Beautiful home in a perfect location and great layout for us to be close and keep an eye on the kids. They loved the huge bath! Comfy beds, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern decor and nice garden too. We were lucky to find it at short notice and bring our dog (who loves the beach!) too. Shame about the abominable weather but the home entertainment and cosy property made up for it. Great choice of cafes and restaurants a short drive into Mumbles (to save little legs walking too far) and both beaches down the hill. My favourite place in the world!

Matthew is a great host. He is very accommodating and did everything we requested. Everything and more was provided for our stay. The wine and Prosecco on the kitchen table was a lovely surprise and very welcomed . Christmas decorations were beautiful and must’ve taken considerable care and time. A request for the DVD player was answered and we watched lots of DVDs. We enjoyed having three living rooms. Television could be viewed in two of the living rooms. The adults particularly enjoyed the, television free, first floor lounge where they could chat. The whole family loved the stay at Matthews’ house for its cosy feel. Everything is within walkable distance . The cathedral the pubs, the restaurants, et cetera..

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was cosy and had a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay very convenient. The location was perfect, right next to the coast path, and we enjoyed having some lovely local pubs and a supermarket within walking distance. The landlords were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Huw’s place. Beautiful building and interior which was very well equipped. Particularly enjoyed being close to the beach and restaurants - but the inside of the building was quiet and peaceful. Decor was upmarket and in keeping with a seaside location. Lovely to have complimentary milk, wine and Welsh cakes!! Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay. We had everything we needed and more. Wayne and Erika were fantastic hosts. The house is so homely with lots of personal touches. It really felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to stay again and will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

We stayed for my husbands 40th along with my brother and sister in law and our 4 children. The space was really lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable and well thought out. We had absolutely everything we needed including everything we needed for all the kids. Cot already set up with bedding, baby towel and muslin. Baby gate, high chair set up. Also plenty of plastic kids plates, cutlery and cups etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. All we couldn't find was a dishwasher tablet but no big deal. We all had a great time! Kids absolutely loved it! Lots of happy memories made.

Excellent accommodation for my engineers, location and house covered all their requirements. Would book again for work purposes and personal in the future.

I have stayed here many times and all good. Just to add something different, there is quite a long sloping garden that leads to a decked area above the house. Nice spot to have a drink with view across the Haven and the bridge.

My Mum and I had a lovely stay at Anne-Marie’s home. The house is in a great location and you are able to walk to the high street within minutes. It was always very quiet and I felt safe staying there. I appreciated that there were waters and milk left for us in the fridge and an airfryer! Overall we had a great stay, it was perfect for what we needed it for.

We had a great 2 night stay, The house was lovely, plenty big enough for the 5 of us. All good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets is a bonus for a large family. Plenty of living space having a lounge downstairs and on the 1st floor was handy. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and well decorated house. We explored the Gower coast Rhossili beach was amazing, The Mumbles and Waterfall Country. Thanks for having us to stay I’m sure we will be back to this beautiful part of the country.

Great place to stay, didn't need the cars as so close to independent shops, restaurants, Sainsburys & beaches. The house had fantastic showers, comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen.

The house was perfect for our long weekend! We were quickly won over by the charm of the house, accurately shown on the pictures, and loved the amount of space! The location was perfect for heading north, or south west without much trouble at all. A lovely trip for sure!

We had a lovely week at Highpoint and found it very useful to have Louise on site who had great recommendations for things to do. The indoor pool was a great addition and having an allocated time was a great idea. The accommodation was perfect and well maintained.

The house is beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Lovely environment and some stunning artworks. It is perfectly located for shops and restaurants and Jasmine couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
