This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. beautiful house and very well maintained. the property has everything you need and more. the location is excellent, 7 min from the market but also very peaceful. highlight was the beautiful dogs, kangaroos, koalas, horses,deer's and donkeys. thanks

We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

We had a great stay here! Alisa was super responsive, gave very clear directions and couldn’t have been more helpful. The place itself is excellent - plenty of room for big groups (we did it feel at all cramped!) and the bedrooms were beautifully appointed. As someone who enjoys cooking I was delighted to find a really well equipped kitchen with plenty of space and all the utensils I needed! The pool was so warm and inviting, we made so much use of it. Loved the extra touches like the cheese and fruit platter, marshmallows (we didn’t get to toast them - my little boy gobbled them up too quickly!) and helpful pointers about local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. If we ever have to host another large group in Bendigo we will be back without hesitation. Keep up the great work, Alisa!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay and Helen was a lovely host who was very approachable and responsive. The house was spacious, well appointed and felt like a home away from home. The girls loved the pool and hanging out on the back deck. The house was close to town within walking distance to most things. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Echuca!

This apartment offered a home away from home. All amenities were provided in each of the rooms, both Q beds were comfortable (which is not always the case) and the pool/spa was a lovely bonus. Also building security was top rate.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Easy to access, close to CBD and various venues including free trams. Pleasant views and peacefull atmosphere. Ample room for short or longer stays.

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Melbourne in the heart of everything! Great restaurants, easy to get around, lots of convenience for shopping and great coffee spots. The view were spectacular! Great place to spend time in the heart of the beautiful city of Melbourne!
