Renta de casas vacacionales en Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Alella. We werden ontvangen en rondgeleid in het huis en kregen meerdere tips over de omgeving. De reisgids van de host was ook erg handig. Het zijn super lieve en behulpzame mensen. Ook tijdens het verblijf hebben we meerdere berichten ontvangen over actualiteiten. We werden tijdens ons verblijf ook nog verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes van de plaatselijke bakker en citroenen uit eigen tuin. Bij het huis zijn zeer veel plekken om heerlijk tot rust te komen en ook het zwembad was nu al top, soms nog wat fris maar dat heeft ons er niet van weerhouden om een duik te nemen. Het is een prachtige en rustige omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht over de zee.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

A casa dispunha das condições suficientes para a estadia das 5 pessoas. O bairro é muito calmo permitindo um óptimo descanso! O anfitrião foi muito simpático e prestável.

We had a great girls weekend at the lovely apartment from Trude and Miguel! The private pool and the big terrace with a billard board were the highlights! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed and sofa is very comfortable. The apartment is ideal for a couple or 3 friends who are really close. The location is ideal for a longer weekend in Barcelona. The bus stop is near by to travel to the city center. The location itself is ideal to relax from the city life and enjoy a relaxing day at the pool or the beach (10-15 min. walking distance).

Hiroko is a super host. She is friendly and takes her time to explain the many features of her magnificent house. The house is very well equipped; everything (and more) you need is there! The number of toys and games available was much appreciated by our granddaughter. The large pool is a great place to do your laps and to cool down. Lounge beds are available in the shadow. If you prefer to stay inside there is central air-conditioning to keep you comfortable.

Begoña is really nice and friendly lady! She was available all the time for us! The villa is really nice looking, the pool was amazing but the weather was not our bestfriend this weekend! ☹️ We are hoping to come back! 🤩

Nette Unterkunft, entspricht den Fotos, leider recht weit außerhalb, Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft, sehr viele Hunde.

Schitterend huis met een heerlijk zwembad in een rustige buurt en er is zelfs een leuk huisdier! Eigenaar is erg aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. Slechts 20 minuten met de auto van Barcelona vandaan en taxi’s zijn makkelijk te regelen. Restaurants en supermarkten op loopafstand. Kortom, een fantastisch huis voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Nous avons eu un super contact avec Juan et Teresa, une rencontre magnifique. Ce sont des personnes gentilles agréables et très touchantes. La proximité de Barcelone est excellente par voiture. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très grande, avec cinq chambres et quatre salles de bain. Par conséquent chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain, un vrai plaisir! Le wifi fonctionne très bien. L'emplacement est idéal, nous voulions visiter Barcelone et c'était très facile d'accès avec, soit le train (R1), soit le métro (L2). La gare SNCF comme la bouche de métro ou plutôt les bouches de métro (il y en a deux) sont à dix minutes à pied de la maison et en 20/25 minutes on arrivait à la place de Catalunya. Maya, notre hôte, est très accueillante, aimable et disponible. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Michaela & Sven begleiteten unseren Aufenthalt in ihrem Familienidyll sehr zuvorkommend aus der Ferne und unterstützten uns bei Fragen, wie z. B. zur Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, oder Schwierigkeiten mit der Haustechnik als wären sie vor Ort gewesen. Durch all die im Haus verteilten Nettigkeiten und Willkommensbotschaften war der Aufenthalt nicht wie ein zweites Zuhause, sondern viel besser:-)!! Was für ein Glück, im Urlaub in einem so ungewöhnlich geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus mit wunderschönem Garten mit Pool wohnen zu dürfen! Die Streicheleinheiten für die beiden zu Hause gebliebenen, vierbeinigen Familienmitglieder übernehmen zu dürfen! Und die Aussicht aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie vom Garten aus ist einfach unbeschreiblich!

A bit Far from barcelona, very quiet area, peaceful patio. Good place for peaceful stay tucked away from the city. It is further like 44 mins from airport and 30 min from Barcelona. So good stay if you do have a vehicle or aren’t there to see all the attractions. I enjoyed my stay.

Il soggiorno da Karla è stato davvero piacevole! Fin dal primo messaggio si è dimostrata gentilissima e super disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento è ampio, molto ben fornito e curato, con tutto il necessario per stare comodi. Si vede che ci tiene davvero ai suoi ospiti. È in una zona tranquilla, e ben servita sai trasporti pubblici. Grazie di cuore Karla, torneremo volentieri!

I'd just like to say a big thanks to Monica and her son Marc. Excellent hosts. The property is beautiful and the whole family loved it, especially the private pool. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Patio was very private and relaxing. Views were great. Very comfortable unit, stylishly decorated and kitchen was well appointed. Neighborhood felt very safe.

Un lieu idéal pour une famille ou des amis voulant se ressourcer. La vue est splendide ! Une voiture est indispensable pour se balader aux alentours !

gezellig, mooi huis. ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine en/of grote kinderen. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan haar altijd bereiken als je iets nodig hebt.
