We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you, Hülya!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van George. Het is een goede locatie, midden in het centrum. Bij aankomst zijn we goed ontvangen door de zeer vriendelijke ouders van George waar we onze koffers kwijt konden tot ons appartement gereed was. Het appartement heeft een erg groot dakterras waar je heerlijk buiten kan eten met een uitzicht over heel Kos. Echt een gelukje zo’n kamer op een top locatie. We raden het apartment zeker aan!

We rented for 22 days. Had an amazing time. at this time of year (october/november) it was extremely peaceful. The apartment looks better in person than on the pictures. Host was responsive. We were 4 remote workers and needed high speed, The wifi is locked at around 10/15 mbps per device BUT but the host Seda provided a "superbox" and the speed was very good compared to what other hosts offer in bodrum area. we could get from 55 to 130 mbps (usually in the 70's). Overall great experience, we recommend it!

We were a group of 7 people, and the stay was lovely! The area is very peaceful, and there’s a private beach right under the villa. Sunsets were magical! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and all air-conditioned, many bathrooms which is a big plus. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed extra towels or to fix something. Thank you for a great stay! (Note: would recommend for anyone visiting to have a deal with a driver or get the number of a local taxi company, we struggled a bit with transportation because there’s no uber and the place is not in an area where you can stop a tax.) Oh and ask the host about boat rides, not to be missed :)

Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. We had a wonderful week at the Windmill apartment! My mum and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the gorgeous terrace where we spent many hours. The aesthetics of the house also very much appealed to us. Everything we needed for a relaxed stay was there. The beds are super-comfortable. If you are a noise or light sensitive sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs (surrounding nightlife) and a sleeping mask (light sources inside and outside the house). Katerina was a fantastic co-host! Welcoming, highly responsive, lovely, and always helpful.

Amazing, cute little airbnb. No faults at all other than maybe a new shower head and hose needed (pressure was a bit too much)

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

Fikret bey oldukça hassas, yardımsever ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi. Isteklerimize anında cevap verdi. Erken geleceğimizi söylediğimizde bize evin müsait olduğunu ve erkenden girebileceğinizi söyledi. Paranın değil memnuniyetin birinci planda olduğunu görmek benim için oldukça önemliydi. Ailece harika bir tatil yaptık hatta seneye de yine konaklayacağız. Fikret bey artık Bodrum’daki ahbabimiz oldu çünkü🥰 Evin temizliği; su, çay , kahve ihtiyacımız hemen karşılandı. Kısacası harika bir ev ve harika bir ev sahibi👏👏👏

Çok huzur verici bir ev bayıldım! Manzara ve bahçesi fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Sakinlik arıyorsanız çok doğru bir seçim. Ben tek kaldım ama evde 2-3 kişi rahatlıkla kalabilir ve tertemizdi boyası yeni yapılmış mutfak oldukça büyük ve pratik yemek yapmak isterseniz rahatlıkla yapabilirsiniz her şey mevcut. Yatak odası büyük ve konforlu, 3 kapılı bir dolap var. Hem salonda hem yatak odasında klima var. İnternet hızı çok iyi evden çalışanlar için benim gibi. Ben bunu avantaj olarak goruyorum ama yinede belirtmek isterim ki eve ulaşım için bir çok merdiven var günlük sporunuzu yapmış oluyorsunuz ☺️ Ev bi tepenin üstünde araba şart ve arabayla 1dklik mesafede Migros, fırın, lokanta, kuaför var. Arabayla gümüşlük 7dk, yalikavak marina 12dk, merkez de 35dk. Zoe gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi burda olmamasına rağmen çok güzel ilgilendi her şey mükemmeldi, ayrica zafer bey’de her ihtiyacim olduğunda geldi çok teşekkür ederim 🙏🏼 tekrar Bodruma gelirsem mutlaka yine Zoe’nin evinde kalm

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you for being such a hospitable host!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - even an electric grill in the kitchen. The terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the area was quiet and friendly with shops, a great bakery, and a bus stop nearby. Murat was a fantastic host - always available and full of great local tips. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Talimatlar ve açıklamalar giriş çıkışlar için yeterliydi ev sahipleri ihtiyaçlar konusunda yardımcı oldular. Sorularımıza hızlı ve düzgün yanıtlar aldık. Evde olması gereken malzeme ve gereçler fazlasıyla vardı. Keyifli bi tatil geçirdik konaklama çok iyiydi sabah ve özellikle günbatımı manzarası harikaydı

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung bei El Greco wohlgefühlt. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als relativ ruhig und sauber. Der Stand war ca. 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war 7 Minuten und ein größerer war 12 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.
