Well appointed with lovely intentional touches and decor. Everything you need is available and it felt really peaceful and private. Great big comfy bed, perfect place for a nice long sleep in.

Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Great place to stay during vacation. My family and I love the place. The neighbours are lovely too. Totally worth for the price. Will visit again

We’ve had the pleasure of staying in Verena and Michael’s place 3 times. I would like to mention that this place Doesn’t have blankets on beds(sheets pillow cases only) unless paid extra for which is another added cost unfortunately. Apart from that this place has everything you need. Very clean and responsive hosts.

Thanks so much for our stay! We loved being so close to the beach and the headland, there was no need to drive anywhere. The house was clean and welcoming, and exactly as described in the listing. We felt right at home. Caterina's communication was excellent, giving us detailed instructions about checking in and out, and the expectations for our stay. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little cabin. Huge windows looking out to all the beautiful trees and surroundings. A little stream flowing at the back which sounds very peaceful. Beautiful deck and hammock we hung out on all night. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic location! Super easy to get to Pacific Fair. Good shopping (Coles/Woolworths/Aldi etc) an easy 5 minute drive away. The house is set up to cater for a large group which was fantastic. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Love the egg chair!! Pool table was well used. Seamless check in. We absolutely appreciate you allowing us to stay - thank you!!!

This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely love staying at Kate's place! Every time we visit Boyland/Tamborine, there's no question, we always choose her accommodation. It's become a little tradition for us now. Kate is an amazing host, so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The house is always spotless, cozy, and full of those little touches that make you feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We stayed over the Anzac weekend and once again, everything was just perfect. Thank you, Kate, we can't wait to come back!

Booked this AirBnb due to close proximity to our wedding venue. Groom and groomsmen stayed here the night prior to the wedding. I did not read the listing correctly and was unaware the the sleeping arrangement is one large bedroom with multiple beds, dorm style! Whoops. This was written on the listing however may need to be made clearer. The house and grounds itself was lovely and beautiful views.

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Easy to communicate and very accommodating. Thoughtful with giving us some extra toys for our kids. Beautiful and modern place!

Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

Loved staying here. Well appointed as in plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc., Thought of everything. Great location for walking the dog, lots of cafes and restaurants. Tracey was helpful and left easy to follow instructions and information, which was appreciated.

Place was very clean and lots of room. Would definitely stay again.

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

Karen was a great host, easy to communicate with and a very responsive lady, her place was absolutely lovely and very private, great locations. Close to public transports, restaurants, cafe coffee shops, cinema, shopping center and many more to explore.

This was my second time to be so fortunate staying at Natalie's amazing lodge. Everything was impeccable and so quiet and relaxing, with the most spectacular, breathtaking views. She provided wonderful communication and everything was there as stated. It's by far the best bang for your buck, gorgeous airbnb I have ever stayed at so far. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Suited us perfectly. We just needed a comfortable place to stay as we were out the majority of the time. would recommend for sure.

Our vacation couldn’t have come at a better time. It was in such a peaceful and secure location didn’t have the need to go out. The coffee shop down the road was very convenient and coffee was great. Felt very safe in the area. House is very spacious and comfortable. We really loved our stay and the host was exceptional
