The condo is a 5 minute walk from the base. It’s got great views. The furniture is due for an update in some cases but it was overall very comfortable.

The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the high-end furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, showed the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable guest experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Pros: Location ( easy and quick busy ride to Vail), amenities (Hot tub was great and literally steps away from the condo) spacious and clean condo (it looked even better in person!) peaceful (quite space & super comfy beds!) Parking (we kept our vehicle parked the entire time, yet it was still nice to have parking close and onsite) Cons: Our stay was too short!

We loved our stay here and will look to rent again in the future. We had a few plumbing issues at checking and our host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly! We were very close to the pool/hot tub and also a shot wall to the ski lift. Most importantly these were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home and everyone in our group agreed! Check-in was very easy, it would be nice to include the pool code in the checkin instructions. Thank you for the stay we had a great time!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeff's home in Edwards! The property was stunning—spacious, cozy, and perfectly set up for a family ski trip. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Jeff's dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and sharing his love for the area with us. It’s clear he genuinely wants to create a memorable experience for his guests. For the price, this location can’t be beat! We really felt like we were living in luxury for pennies on the dollar. Don’t hesitate to book before it becomes super popular and is booked out for months. Jeff and his family’s kindness and hospitality made this trip feel extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We’re already looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in the area. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. Highly recommend—thank you, Jeff!

Great place to stay while seeing all the sites of GWS! Walk to downtown or the pools or our favorite sandwich at Chomps! House had everything we needed!

For a gal's weekend, this was perfect! There were 9 of us, and we appreciated all of the sleeping areas. The open concept for the kitchen and dining room/living room areas was great. We hung out on the deck, cooked, played games, cross country skied and hiked up on the Mesa, and had a wonderful time. Monica's instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was generous and offered us a late check-out since it was not their busy time of year, and we sooooo appreciated getting to extend our stay by a few hours. We also appreciated that there were some Britta filters that we could use for our water. Gorgeous views!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless and fully stocked upon arrival, with clear and detailed instructions for check-in and parking. It’s a spacious house with a stunning backyard view—perfect for our large group visiting Colorado. The location was super convenient, making it easy to drive anywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend! Will definitely be looking forward to return on my next stay. It felt like we were right at home.

Great proximity to the mountain! Great views to watch the next snow storm roll exciting everyone for the next day. Only thing to be aware of- while there are plenty of spots to sleep, please be aware there is room for 2 vehicles here. Overall a great experience and responsive hosts.

We found this home ideal for a multi-generational family of 6. The listing says it can accommodate 9 but I wouldn't recommend more than 6 unless the other three are small children. BUT, it was perfect for 6 adults. We LOVED having a garage since the January temperatures were sub zero. We LOVED having an abundance of wood for the fireplace and used it daily. We always choose rentals with a washer and dryer as well. The instructions were clear and concise and the preparations at check-out minimal, which is always appreciated since a fee is charged for cleaning and hosting. The views of the mountain and ski resort were perfect with all the tall windows. I loved the sunshine on those bitter cold days.

Stonebridge Terrace #13 is a beautifully appointed property that is also well situated, a short drive to the entrance of Beaver Creek Resort and a short walk into Avon. iTrip management was exceptional. All of our requests and inquiries were addressed within minutes of contacting them. All of my family members loved #13, which is a minor miracle- the 8 of us generally have very different ideas on what constitutes a great AirBnB!

Our stay at this mountain retreat was unforgettable! The views of the mountains were stunning, especially with the gorgeous sunrises each morning. The house itself was cozy yet spacious, and the chef’s kitchen was a dream – it had everything we needed to cook amazing meals. Preparing breakfast while looking out at the mountains was a highlight! The property’s friendly barn cats added such a warm, personal touch, and the neighbor horses were a delight to see each day, grazing just beyond the fence. It felt like our own little sanctuary, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts thought of every detail to make us comfortable and were so responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone who loves cooking, nature, and incredible views. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Glenwood Springs. This home is beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms were a decent size and the could fit all of us comfortably. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We were able to check in early and it was easy to get. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Robin is a fabulous host - best I've experienced. She is so sweet and truly invested in her guests' experience. Her house is a gem - beautiful views, spacious layout, and cozy. We really appreciated her and her home and plan to return!

Michelle typically responded within ten minutes to questions we had. The house comfortably slept ten girls utilizing the pullout. It had plenty of space for us to eat and lounge together. The neighborhood was peaceful the home was clean. We had a lovely stay!

My family and I had the most wonderful time! The home accommodate my whole adult family! Incredible views of the mountain and each room was perfect! The master suite views were even more amazing! Ski on was easy with a very short walk to ski down to lift and the ski off exactly the same!! Kitchen was well stocked! The open kitchen, dining and family room made it comfortable for us all to be together for games, hanging out and morning breakfast before hitting the slopes! Short drive to the town and if you don’t want to drive, shuttle options available! The town is so cute with great shops and restaurants! We had the best time and will be a trip we always remember! I would most definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Leadville! This place was perfect for our family... cozy, comfortable, and so close to the main street fill with restaurants and shops.

Tucker was so friendly and prompt to respond to all my questions. The house is beautiful and had the best view of main street and the mountains. We really appreciated everything and would 100% recommend tuckers place!
