We loved our stay in David’s apartment. Great spot in the middle of everything and a great place to bring a family. Having continuous hot water along a washer and dryer a plus. David was a wonderful host. Would recommend!!

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car. As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park. In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children. Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage bei Pino in der Toskana – absolut erholsam und perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Unterkunft „Lucrezias Secret“ ist ruhig gelegen, mit Whirlpool und herrlichem Blick auf Wein- und Olivenfelder – wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Tiny House ist minimalistisch, aber liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, inklusive Küche, gemütlichem Schlafbereich und typischer Bialetti für den perfekten italienischen Start in den Tag. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen rundet das Glamping-Erlebnis wunderbar ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Pinos außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft – herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wer dem Alltag entfliehen, zur Ruhe kommen und dabei echtes toskanisches Flair genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
