The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square & Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! Super cozy house with a warm atmosphere. Lots of natural light, fully supplied kitchen, 1 bath. Nice deck. 330 square feet per floor, Perfect for a couple, but can accommodate 4. There’s a queen bed and two twin beds that share the upstairs floor, only separated by a curtain, so limited privacy, and a couch downstairs that folds out to a queen size bed. House is 3 stories with the 2nd and 3rd floor as the Airbnb, bottom floor is a separate unit. Backed up to the Chugach mountains for cozy feel
