Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist auf dem höchsten Standard, sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Details wie, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine private Veranda und Außendusche heben diese Unterkunft auf das nächste Level. Aber noch exklusiver ist die Lage, die Villa liegt direkt am Stadtstrand auf einem großen Anwesen in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Die Gastgeber Angelo und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit den besten Restaurant Tipps versorgt. Die besten Restaurants sind alle nur 2-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed for two nights with our 3 year old and 10 month old. I couldnt rate this property any higher. It was beautiful. So large and spacious and the gardens were lovely. We had a great sleep and lovely few days here. Welcome snacks on arrival were highly appreciated. Salvatore greeted us when we arrived and was in touch prior to our arrival. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. Although there was a slight language barrier between us (scottish) this was no problem and nothing was a hassle. We even asked if a torch could be provided as we were walking home late from a wedding and it was delivered immediatly. He also allowed us a flexible check out which was extremely generous and very greatful as travelling with two small children can be a challenge to get out of anywhere early. We would not hesitate staying here again. Thankyou.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli, est très disponible et tout bien expliquer en nous donnant tous plein d'informations claires et utiles. L'appartement correspond exactement au photos et les matelas sont de bonnes qualités. Le lieu est calme et nous avons très bien dormi. De plus, l'appartement très bien situé pour profiter de la plage de " la Torretta" et de "Il Braccio" accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Il ne faut qu'une quinzaine de minutes en voiture pour rejoindre la place principale ( si il n'y a pas de trafic) et que 5 minutes, toujours en voiture, pour rejoindre le supermarché Dok et 6 minutes pour le Lidl. Le jardin sécurisé est parfait pour laisser les enfants jouer en toute sécurité et les deux places de parc à l'intérieur du complexe sont parfaites pour parquer sa voiture et recevoir en plus de la famille/amis. Dans la rue à l'extérieur, il y a aussi des zones bleues si jamais. Je recommande.

I was impressed with the stay in Maria's place. Maria is a super host with care and immediate responses. She was very flexible with check in and out times. Her house is located in the serene countryside. It was clean, modern and spacious. The host prepared us home made cake, bread, jam, fresh local produces, etc. Those were so delicious and authentic. The place is in the heart of Puglia. Within half an hour drive, we reached the beautiful hill towns like Alberobello and Martina Franca; and the seaside towns like Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. In an hour of ride, we visited Matera. I highly recommend Maria's place when you are going to Southern Italy.

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

Villetta bella con tutto il necessario ,perfettamente recintata con 21cancelli ,super per la macchina e i cani ,2 passi dal mare ,accesso al mare con scale difficili,facile arrivare a Bisceglie e Trani ,bello il lungomare , una sera party e musica nella villa accanto , tutto sommato molto bello e sicuro ci andremo ancora , consigliato

Splendide ! La maison Villa Carlotta est très bien, récente avec de beaux volumes et deux terrasses privatives très joliment aménagées. Très propre. Elle est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec des places de stationnements dédiées. Les hôtes Francesco et Chiara sont très sympathiques, réactifs et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Carlotta. Nous la recommandons très fortement pour de belles vacances.

Le logement de Donato est idéalement situé à Bisceglie, une jolie petite ville qui dispose d’un beau centre ville, et proche de plein de centres d’intérêts (plage, ville de Trani, Bari…) Le logement était propre et dispose d’une terrasse sur le toit sympathique.

I really can’t stress what a great stay we had at Giuseppe’s. Beautiful home, amazing pool and view, wonderful place to return to each night after the hustle and bustle of our daily excursions. Best of all, Guiseppe was extremely responsive to any message or request we posed and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area- thanks again Guiseppe!

Absolutely stunning area to stay with a large group or family! The check in was seamless, we were well informed and it was a magical stay to say the least. The location is not far from Polignano a Mare and there is a supermarket close by! If you are thinking of staying a little further from the city center, this is the location! The road to get to the actual property is a little confusing, however, Darren the manager is the BEST communicator and was very helpful! We cannot wait to bring other family members and stay here again!! Ciao!!!

La estancia ha sido estupenda, la casa estaba muy bien y muy limpia. Lo mejor el trato de Gerry y su amabilidad. Nos ayudó muchísimo con el tema de los transportes y nos respondía siempre rápidamente. Recomendable 100%

Het huis en de trulli's waren gewoonweg fantastisch. Mooi, tot in de puntjes verzorgd en een zeer rustige locatie. De buitenkeuken maakt het zeker in de zomerperiode de moeite waard! Het zwembad met buitendouche is ideaal voor een afkoelende duik. Het enige wat we konden vaststellen is dat het aantal koffietassen mag bijgevuld worden, maar dat is zeker niet onoverkomelijk :). We zijn bij aankomst goed ontvangen, met de nodige uitleg en het was makkelijk om af te spreken. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis en hebben dan ook een heel fijne tijd gehad, een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, bon emplacement pour se balader dans la région en voiture. La maison est parfaitement propre, et calme. La piscine qui est située dans le jardin de Teresa juste à côté de la maison est accessible, il suffit de les prévenir. Merci !

Located in the middle of an olive grove this is a very elegantly renovated 1801 farm house with all the modern conveniences. . Property has a large swimming pool that gets sun all day long. The villa is well provisioned for a short term stay including EVOO from the olive grove. Claudia and Nico are very friendly and helpful hosts. The villa is well located with restaurants and super markets a short distance away. Castellana Grotte is very located for Matera and other towns e.g Alberobello in Puglia. Word of warning- the villa is such a delightful place to chill you might not want to go anywhere. That did happen to us on one day.

We were seven girls who had a really nice stay at Relais Belvedere! Angela and Grazia were really helpful and made us feel at home. Angela answered fast whenever we had questions and Grazia made us lovely breakfasts every morning. The only downside is that there are no taxis in Giovinazzo and since we arrived by train we had trouble getting to the house. Would definitely recommend everyone to rent a car. The house was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Grazie mille Angela and Grazia! (And Pepper and Michele of course, best cats we ever met)

We had a wonderful time in Puglia and Giuseppe's house was perfectly located to visit the nice towns. We loved the peace around the house, the private atmosphere, the nature and the possibility to actually live outside (we ate our breakfast outside and could use the outside kitchen therefore). The pool is a nice extra and so is the relax space around the pool. We loved the slow mornings before we left for our daily visits. The communication with Domenico was perfect and he helped us immediately if we had questions. I can only recommend Giuseppe's place for a family of four.

Our host Gianvito was totally awesome person extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about by the town He suggested every single restaurant we went to and every one of was a 10 The property is beautiful very well maintain very comfortable and clean. Must definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our family feel so comfortable

Struttura eccellente, perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto. Host precisissimo, sempre disponibile e proattivo ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo avuto tanti consigli utili e la struttura trasmette una sensazione di relax fantastica. Ottima anche la sicurezza, io residence è controllato h24. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We stayed at Torre Gigliano for 3 nights in April as a break from a long drive between the UK and eastern Europe. Alessandra was a generous and friendly host, on hand but not intrusive and was flexible with our check-in time when our ferry crossing was changed significantly. The tower was the most perfect place to rest and relax for a few days with both indoor and outdoor space being truly magical. The tower is beautifully presented and we found everything impeccably clean and all facilities exactly as described. The outdoor space is equally stunning with acres of olive groves to wander within (ideal for dogs), a beautifully clean small pool and each of the four sides of the tower offering a different place to sit and relax. We planned to leave the tower and explore Ruvo and the surroundings but found the place just too difficult to leave. Thank you Alessandra.

A really beautiful Villa close to Rutigliani and Mola di Bari. Leonarda was an excellent host not just at check in and out but was available each day if required. Exceptional property with beautiful private pool and garden.

Absolutely wonderful! I stayed for four weeks and the property had everything I could want. The apartment was clean and honestly larger than I was expecting. The entire property is gated, so it felt incredibly safe and peaceful. Ippazio’s gardens are absolutely stunning and there was nothing more relaxing than sitting by his pool. Ippazio was an amazing host—very kind and always responded quickly to any questions. He gave a bunch of great recommendations for local restaurants and stores. The absolute highlight of my entire trip was Kitty, the little black cat who lives on the property who was one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
