Chad’s country retreat home was very large and clean. The natural surroundings are gorgeous and just a 10 minute drive away from springs and loads of other fun activities! Definitely would stay again!

The home’s decorations are cohesive and consistent. Windows everywhere including a giant sliding glass door from the 1950s. Kitchen is fully functional. Had a great time just sitting on the dock in the chairs they had all lined up. River looks beautiful especially in the morning. Sat outside multiple nights at the fire pit having an amazing time. Two things somewhat in the area - we did Kayaking at Manatee Springs State Park. Beautiful there! Also did a sunset river cruise on Crystal River. We would’ve done one on the Suwannee but we didn’t plan ahead and everything was booked.

Our stay included 4 adults, 3 children (ranging from ages 11-17) and 2 dogs. We stayed for 3 nights and are excited to go back. The cabin was exactly as described. It was easy to find yet away from noise and major roads. From the moment we got there the kids immediately took out the kayaks and explored the Santa Fe river. We saw manatee, river otter and plenty of fish. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking (which we did every meal) that was a real money saver as going out is expensive. The grill was clean and the fire pit is a solo stove which was nice since it is smokeless. It was nice to sit out by the fire at night and make smores. I can’t say enough great things about the property and about our host. Melissa was very responsive. Whenever I had questions about the area she responded quickly with extensive information which was very much appreciated. Like I said at the start, we are looking forward to going back again.

Secluded little cabin on the Suwanee. Screened porch, good size yard deck. Great view of the river from the raised deck. Excellent little floating dock. Nice quiet place.

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home and so grateful I did! It is even more serene and amazing than the photos. So many surrounding natural springs to enjoy, and such a relaxing area to destress and disconnect from everything. The hosts were very friendly and made the stay so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I enjoyed the location to visit my Gator! Sorry to say it rained and our plans for the glass kayak tour of the Springs was cancelled. But that just means I will be back for a rain check!! Great host and super comfy space.

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

La casa estaba ordenada y limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. si es cierto que la casa tiene detalles que solucionar pero el entorno es tan espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y con un ambiente tranquilo perfecto para relajarse que uno lo deja pasar. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita y sin duda volveríamos. La única mejora sería que la piscina estuviera un poco más limpia, pero en general, todo estuvo excelente. ¡Recomendado!

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

Gorgeous house and amazing host. Tomy is very responsive and welcoming. The house is beautiful, cared for and very comfortable. Located in a quiet upscale, beautiful neighborhood, house has stunning backyard with covered pool area. It definitely has WOW effect. We stayed only one night, but felt like home. Thank you!

Very comfortable clean home in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood! It was the perfect home for our family to enjoy over a family wedding weekend! Check in was stress free and Johnny was very responsive.

The house was great! The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless clean and the house was very big! We usually stayed in the rooms so can’t tell you much of the downstairs floor or green area but it was also very clean and neat. There’s two parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you are traveling with a group and the access to the house was very easy. Rei was an excellent host and was constantly communicating before, during and after the stay, so that is a huge plus!

The place was secluded and quiet. Not far from town but still private. It was clean and had lots of niceties. Appliances were in good workin order. Be aware that the house is really one place separated into two parts. Colleen and her dog live in the other half. You do get a fenced yard but if you’re concerned about dogs, you need to let her know before you go outside, especially if you have dogs that you’re turning loose. Overall, a good sty and I would go back there again.

Heaven at the Hatch IS heaven indeed! We were completely impressed with the hosts, prior to our arrival - and left the property feeling like we made new friends! The home is spotless clean, with every comfort of home, and every convenience of vacation. So many thoughtful touches and amenities were at the right place at the right time. We spent a majority of our time on the docks and wished we were back there each time we left to town. We can not recommend this beautiful property enough - from top to bottom, beginning to end, we were impressed and comfortable. Thank you Mr.Richard & Ms.Bonnie for making our stay as wonderful as it was - we will be back!

We had a lovely stay here. We floated the nearby Ichetucknee spring at the state park south entrance it was absolutely beautiful and perfect weather. At the campsite, we used the grill and dock where we fished a little and we spent a lot of time on all the nearby springs as well. We didn’t use the park pass that Jerry provides but now that we are more familiar with the area we probably would if we visit again. We saw the parks on our float.. very nice neighborhood and spots to put in a kayak. This property is private and peaceful.

We absolutely love staying at the farm. Brittini as always is super friendly and helpful. It was bad weather the morning we were to check out and she let us check out late to wait for the weather to clear!! When we asked about firewood, we were provided as much as we needed. Great host and great find!!

Host was excellent and super helpful! We appreciate that so much. This camper was clean, peaceful, and super close to the boat ramp. We absolutely loved having the dock out back for our stay and flexibility to keep our boat there for exploring. Thank you! Definitely will come again.

Comfortable space for a big family with big dogs. The house is really thoughtfully furnished and laid out. You can tell this place is an actual vacation home that Debbie's family really uses and loves, not just a rental.

Great location. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Very quite neighborhood. Christmas light all over the neighborhood. The house was very clean.
