This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. This cozy but comfortable double "igloo" with Queen size bed, renovated walk-in shower, new flooring, and kitchen amenities. Perfect for weekend getaway, longer stays available. Boat trailer parking. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

As we have our exotic bird ranch directly across the street with over 150 birds that live here year around. Walk around our private birding park and nature trail. Then grab a bite to eat at The Hideaway Café on the property serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7am-8pm accompanied by our Ice cream shop.

Dog friendly, large and fenced back yard is also a good place to park a boat or trailer. Caddy corner to the public tennis courts. Down the street from the Valero gas station and liquor store. Perfect little get away spot for a fishing or hunting weekend trip in the area.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck.
