Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, nach hinten Blick in das Grün und in den Himmel, nach vorn die Straße (bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören). Die Straße ist wenig befahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus. Søborg ist ein gemütlicher Stadteil und Utterslev Mose ist ein tolles See- und Baumgebiet unmittelbar am Wohnkomplex beginnend. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos und ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Küchenausstattung (Töpfe) kann aufgestockt werden. Shane ist sehr gut erreichbar und der Check- In mit deponiertem Schlüssel war einfach.

Ich habe Maries Wohnung für eine dreiwöchige Workation genutzt und hatte Kind und Hund dabei. Es war perfekt, zentrumsnah und doch ruhig. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Supermarkt und Bahnstation lassen sich zu Fuß erreichen, wir haben immer das Auto genutzt, da beides 15-20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. War für uns egal, ist aber vielleicht gut im Hinterkopf zu haben, falls Du ohne Auto da bist. Danke Marie, dass Ihr uns Eure Wohnung überlassen habt.

Marianne is a gracious host. She gave us fresh flowers and apples from the garden. The large sitting room is filled with sunshine in the mornings perfect with a cup of coffee. The view of the water and sky is never tiresome. We rented bikes and explored the city; highly recommended. The cafe across the street has great croissants. There’s groceries by the Orderup train station, a 12 minute walk. The 23 bus is in front of the house. Up the street is a great beach where you can grab a drink. A peaceful beach location. Highly recommend taking a short train ride to the Louisiana Museum. Thank you Marianne. Hi to Hishew ;)

As for my first experience everything was perfect !

Anette is a great host. She has been caring and proactive. The communication was easy. The appartment is very nice and exactely has presented on the photos. It is quite large and very clean. The area is quiet. It is close to the sea side and to the forest. The access to Copenhagen is quick and easy by train as it takes around 15 minutes. Parking in the streets around is no problem and for free. Alltogether we can only recommend to stay at Anette's appartment

A perfect stay in Copenhagen! I had an amazing experience staying at Andreina’s place in Copenhagen! The apartment was exactly as described—stylish, spotless, and super cozy. It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal—quiet but pretty central (15mins of driving to city center, with easy access to public transport, cafes, and all the must-see spots. What really stood out, though, was the host. Andreina was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of great local tips. Their hospitality made the whole trip feel effortless and warm. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Copenhagen—I'd absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Copenhague. Le logement de Nine est un parfait pied à terre paisible pour se ressourcer après une longue journée de visite. Nous avons bien profité de son jardin dès l’aube. La mer à proximité est un vrai plus. Un havre de paix très bien desservi. Merci Nine.

Wir waren über Sylvester mit 8 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in Liselottes Haus. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb rundum wohl und heimelig gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz, sodass man sich nie auf den Füßen herumgetreten ist. Fußläufig findet man viele tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen süßen Strandabschnitt sowie eine tolle Entdeckungsmöglichkeit (Experementarium) für Kinder und Erwachsene. Kopenhagen City ist mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Liselotte selbst ist super kommunikativ, freundlich und offen für Wünsche (auch kurzfristig). In der ersten Nacht war die vorbeifahrende Bahn doch relativ laut, aber da hat man sich schnell dran gewöhnt. Und die Kinder haben es gefeiert die Bahn vom Fenster aus beobachten zu können :) Fazit: wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Super Unterkunft und sehr freundliche Host. Waren mit der ganzen Familie da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Hermosa casa de diseño, declarada con un gusto exquisito, donde todo está cuidado al último detalle. No le falta absolutamente nada, y todo es de primera calidad. Está en un barrio tranquilo, a 15 minutos del centro. La anfitriona está siempre disponible y ha sido como estar en casa. Nosotros alquilamos un coche y nos era fácil movernos, pero he visto que cerca hay autobuses que van al centro y también con bicicleta es fácil acceder. Es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, por lo cual no esperes muchos bares, ni restaurantes cerca, por lo que si quieres moverte con comodidad tener un coche de alquiler ayuda mucho. Ideal para familias, nuestro hijo se la pasó genial en el trampolín y con todos los juguetes que hay por la casa. Sin lugar a dudas si quieres disfrutar de una estancia en familia en Copenhagen, es perfecta! 🥰

I stayed in this cosy townhouse for 2 weeks over Christmas and felt very comfortable. Had everything I needed to cook for myself and it was also very convenient to shopping and restaurants in Lyngby. The host Sophie was very responsive to any requests and very helpful. She even showed me how to use the communal laundry facilities so that I could wash some clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet, so I always got a good night's sleep. But for those who are looking for more exciting night life, the location is only a short train ride from downtown Copenhagen. I would certainly stay here again.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé loger chez Ida. C’est une très belle maison, extrêmement bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour les enfants (même pour les bébés). La piscine et le jardin sont superbe! L’hôte a toujours répondu très rapidement aux demandes et nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations avant notre arrivée. La famille nous a même libéré de la place pour que nous puissions ranger nos vélos en sécurité. Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour tout ce qu’il offre. En plus il est très bien placé, proche de la gare et on a un accès directe au centre ville de Copenhague. Les alentours sont très beaux aussi. N’hésitez pas!

Anne is responsive and is always quick and easy to communicate when I had some questions. The house is just like as described by the host and reviews. As one of the reviews also said, the floor is squeaky, so light sleepers may definitely wake up from it. But the bed in the basement were super comfy and great quality as well as the bathrooms. The shower had perfect water pressure too. Additionally, the area is perfect for someone to relax and super lovely and safe. There’s a beach nearby and also many great restaurants. You can rent a bike or simply take the train to get to the city super easily. We really loved the house and the area too. I’d definitely recommend this place:)

Wir waren mit 2 Paaren in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung füllt die erste Etage einer Villa mit Altbau-Charme aus, ist lichtdurchflutet, hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche mit angeschlossenem Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und eine große Dachterrasse zur Südseite, auf der wir nach den Stadtbesichtigungen die Sonne genossen haben. Parken kann man auf der Straße vor dem Hauses. Zur S-Bahn Station sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und von dort ca. 20 Minuten in die City von Kopenhagen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jonas is a great host. His house is lovely and clean, we enjoyed our stay. I travelled for work and I need an iron and he was so kind to arrange this as well. House is very close to nice restaurants you have a lot of options with walking distance. It was also very close to train station but I used car, free parking was very useful for me. I would definetly stay again and recommend you to stay. Thank you so much for everything Jonas!

Cet appartement est idéal pour les familles qui voyagent en voiture car il y a plein de places gratuites de stationnement. De plus le train est à 5 min. à pied pour se déplacer sans stress au centre-ville. Marie-Louise est une personne sympathique, réactive et donne de bons conseils. Logement à recommander

Tijdens mijn verblijf in het appartement van Frederikke heb ik me direct thuis gevoeld. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien evenals een heerlijke bank en een bed waar je helemaal in wegdroomt. Ik zou heel graag terugkomen en het appartement van Frederikke weer boeken.

Het appartement voelt als een warm huis. De grootte van het appartement was prima voor een gezin met 3 kinderen (12, 11 en 6 jaar). Het strand is dichtbij en kindvriendelijk (heerlijk 's avonds rond 20h bij mooi weer). Rustige wijk. Supermarkt en bakkerij vlakbij. Een park met mooie speeltuin op 200m lopen. De bushalte is voor de deur (lijn 23 voor kopenhagen centrum). Kortom, genoten!

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit Aufzug in einem Wohn-und Geschäftshaus mit einem schönen Blick vom Balkon ins Grüne. Sehr günstig gelegen, direkt nebenan ein Supermarkt und Apotheke sowie viele nützliche Geschäfte. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten gelangt man mit Bus und Bahn in die City von Kopenhagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern , ansprechend und hygge-like ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, ein ruhiges nach hinten raus und ein weiteres nach vorne, was bei offenem Fenster etwas lauter ist. Das Bad und die Küche sind super ausgestattet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Gemütlich ist auch der kleine Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick ins Grüne. Danke auch für die Welcome-Getränke und den kleinen Ostergruß. Auch die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm und Anita hat auf Fragen sehr zeitnah geantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!
