This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. The cabin is off the grid/no electricity, with modern conveniences like solar powered lights, LP gas refrigerator and a composting toilet. Swain Mountain Ski Resort is just 4 miles South.

Our place is located a half mile from Letchworth State Park! The Letchworth Pines is also nearby and offers dine in, takeout, bowling and an arcade. The Charcoal Corral is about 10 miles away and has a variety of foods, large ice cream shop, putt putt golf, arcade and drive in movies. For our winter guests, Swain Ski Resort is 14 miles from our place.
