Thoughtfully designed for larger groups or multi-family stays, the property includes two full kitchens, each with its own living area, giving guests the flexibility to gather together or spread out across both levels. Inside, you will find welcoming spaces designed for connection and relaxation. Enjoy quiet mornings and evenings in the living areas, prepare meals with ease in either kitchen, or head to the game room featuring a sectional sofa, smart TV, and an expansive DVD collection for both young & old. Step outside to take in the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The home offers a large wraparound porch, along with both covered and uncovered deck spaces, perfect for dining, lounging, or simply enjoying the lake views. A private trail behind the home leads directly to the waterfront, with stairs from the back deck providing access down to the shoreline. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Things to know: Fireplaces are not operational. This is a pet-free property. Parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. The home is equipped with a digital E lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival and is reset after each stay. Guests must be 18 years or older to book this property.

Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends!

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

This is the main floor of a home with a basement, so basement guests may be staying below you, please be respectful! This is the perfect place to rest your head while on your NWA adventure!

It's a beautifully decorated, peaceful, cozy lake house with a treehouse feel and a short path leading down to the lake. An open floor plan and themed rooms decorated for the season make it special.
