The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Nur 20 Autominuten von Wien entfernt erwartet dich dieses 150 m² große Refugium – umgeben von Reben, mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen. Großer Garten mit Terrasse, perfekt für sonnige Frühstücke oder laue Abende im Grünen. Hier findest du Ruhe und Natur, bist aber trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Ideal für alle, die Wein, Weite und Wiener Flair miteinander verbinden möchten.

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months.
