Loved the Lilly! Shawn was very welcoming and attentive with offers to accommodate, but we needed nothing, as it was beautifully appointed, relaxed, spotless, and absolutely charming. It's part of a triplex, but with separated front garden porches that felt very private. We had everything we needed and more. Check in was a breeze. Excellent location with easy walk to downtown restaurants/shopping and near fresh water springs with a great dive shop just a couple blocks away. The only complaint is that we didn't have more time to stay and enjoy it. Thank you, Shawn!

Lovely apartment. Designated parking space. Lift to 4th floor. Laundry room in the apartment was very useful. Didn't use the pool area, but it looked well maintained.

Wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or longer. The apartment was chic and very clean. The best part was how close to everything it is and the neighborhood is super cute. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful for the host and the place. Our son had surgery and needed a place to rest up for a week and the stay was perfect and he felt right at home. As parents we felt safe having him stay here! Thank you so much!

Jen and Eric's place was exactly as described and more. I have been on Airbnb for over 11 years and honestly their accommodation is spotless! I highly recommend and if you can get apartment C. an easy short drive to anything around UF. There's a real nice park just about 2 minutes drive from the house called Depot Park. I recommend you check it out. Sonny's BBQ is always great and it was probably a 3 minute drive from the house. This is an area of old huge homes.

Great spot in the Duckpond neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Gainesville. The apartment is quiet and clean. It had everything we needed. The bed is very soft.

We have stayed at our fair share of AirBnBs and Stephen's home was really an outstanding one. It is beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable and we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and there were clear directions, if needed. Stephen was an amazing host: responsive and helpful. Our only regret was that this was a short visit. Do not hesitate to book, especially if you are going to UF as the campus is just a few minutes away.

Excellent stay. I was in town for an event and towing a 28’ trailer. There was more than enough room and Dennis was helpful in letting me know where to park. The property is peaceful and serene. One of my favorite Airbnb’s to date. I had accidentally locked myself out of the home and Dennis responded right away and sent someone to help me get in very quickly. Great host. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spotless clean. Kitchen was great, everything we needed. Kristin was kind and accommodating, stayed in touch. We loved the location, historic homes and good restaurants near.

My family and friends enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The home was clean, and the surrounding area was peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the nerf guns and sporting equipment provided. One of the most memorable moments was around 5:00 PM when the deer came out to eat. Had a great trip and would highly recommend this home and host.

Excellent stay !!!! Our host was a great communicator. The home is just beautiful and everything we wanted or needed was there. It was immaculate, has a beautiful backyard for the dogs, great kitchen setup and the layout of the home was perfect for us! We have already booked it again.

Skarleth was super responsive and helpful! The house is cuter than pictures show and in immaculate condition. The beds and seating areas were comfortable and welcoming! I love how clean the home was and how quiet the neighborhood was. It was just absolutely beautiful and we will look to stay here again when in the area!

Very clean! We really enjoyed our stay at the incredible home! Very close to everything you need in ocala. Next time we are visiting ocala this will be our first option!
