Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Joao David's place was perfect for a night in Figueira da Foz area. I came through hoping to surf the famous right point (which you can see right from the apartment deck) on my way back north to Porto (after a couple months in the Algarve), but alas the conditions were quite rough and didn't line up for good surf. Nevertheless, I had a cozy stay in the stormy weather at Joao David's. The kitchen is super well equipped and though I only stayed one night, I prepared a couple great meals to take with me on the road. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved that you could see the ocean and check the surf conditions from the apartment. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor (so 5 floors up) and you need to carry your bags up there (no elevator). Would definitely stay again!

Très bon accueil. Appartement spacieux et très agréable. Au 7ème étage avec vue dégagée plein ouest. Petit balcon clos avec grande baie vitrée donc très lumineux. 2 chambres parfaites avec 2 lits sigles à chaque fois. Demander pour drap double. SdB propre et fonctionnelle avec WC. Débit eau de la douche un peu faible. Emplacement idéal, pas très loin du centre avec le tramway. Facile de se garer dans la rue si voiture ce qui était mon cas. Tout commerces dont supermarché à -de 50 mètres Bref, un endroit que je recommande vivement !! 2 petites remarques : La TV fonctionne sur Box. La fonction Smart TV n'est pas accessible. Dommage car si on ne comprends pas le portugais, on doit s'en passer (même si dans un voyage touristique ce n'est pas la priorité) Peut-être proposer de quoi écouter de la musique (enceinte par ex) Rajouter 1 ou 2 lumières indirectes dans le salon car les plafonniers sont puissants.

Très bien situé dans le centre d'Aveiro, vue sur le canal, le logement est très bien équiper pour passer un séjour agréable et paisible, pas de bruit de voisinage, literie confortable, important après des journées fatiguantes... Mi estancia fue realmente agradable. La casa es muy acogedora y su ubicación, a un paso de la playa, es un verdadero tesoro. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo es uno de esos pequeños placeres que no tienen precio. El piso está reformado con un estilo moderno y cálido, además de estar impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Adelaide estuvo atenta en todo momento, lo que me hizo sentir acompañada durante toda la estancia. También me recomendó varios restaurantes, algo que siempre se agradece, incluso conociendo ya la zona. Sin duda, pienso repetir.

This apartment was wonderful for our ladies trip to Coimbra. We were able to walk to a close market and a wonderful restaurant where we had our favorite meal of the trip so far. Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to stay a night in your beautiful apartment.

Magnifica casa casi a estrenar. La ubicación inmejorable, a pie de playa. Las habitaciones y las camas muy cómodas. La cocina muy bien equipada, no faltaba de nada y el anfitrión atento tanto a nuestra llegada como durante nuestra estancia. Sin lugar a dudas recomendable 100x100 y deseando volver otra vez. Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en Costa Nova.

Incredible views of the valley and really cozy home. Private and secure and easy to find. Small town nearby with some shops and a grocery store which was convenient. Incredible space for relaxation and family time after exploring the Douro Valley! Highly recommend.

Si quieres desconectar y tener intimidad, este es el sitio! un lugar con bonitas vistas, tranquilidad y espacio, sobre todo si vas con perro! A la nuestra le encantó el jardín y pudo disfrutar estando suelta y sin peligro de escapar ya que está todo limitado. La casa tiene todo para que sea cómodo y no falta de nada! En el espacio hay dos casas: en la que te quedas tú que es la primera que ves nada mas entrar, y otra más grande enfrente, más cerca de la zona jardín -piscina, que está cerrada. Pero no compartes espacio con nadie más durante la estancia. Dentro del recinto hay bastante espacio para aparcar. Nosotros hicimos llegada y salida independiente, por las circunstancias, aunque normalmente hay alguien que te recibe. Pero la comunicación con Antonio fue buena en todo momento. Gracias!

Das Haus in Medas ist ein kleines privates Paradies mitten in der Natur. ein wunderbarer stilvoller Rückzugsort für alle die Ruhe und Natur schätzen. Marisa ist der perfekte Host, der dich dabei unterstützt deine Ferien in vollen Zügen zu geniessen. Ich kann das Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen - wir freuen uns schon darauf bald wiederzukommen.

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

C’était extraordinaire ! Les enfants ont vraiment adores leur séjour grâce à toutes les attentions pour eux dans le logement. Malgré la pluie personne ne s’est ennuyé ! Le logement est magnifique, endroit tranquille et si près de la ville et des attractions. Nous avons adoré, le meilleur logement à ce jour avec des enfants.

Het hele knusse huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een AAA+ locatie. In de omgeving gebeurt er overdag van alles, van vissers die smorgens hun vangst gaan verkopen tot de plaatselijke kerk die een borrel organiseert aan de boulevard. Een supermarkt zit om de hoek maar die hebben we bijna nodig gehad door de drankjes/koffie/kaas/wc papier etcetc. die Maria al had verzorgd. In de buurt zitten legio aan fantastische restaurants en met 20 min met de trein zit je in t hart van Porto. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday! Natacha’s place is spotlessly clean, lots of space and so many little extras it really felt like a home from home. The views of the sea and the sunset from the balcony were amazing! The pool was huge and clean and the surrounding area peaceful but close enough to Porto and Gaia by bike or a quick Uber ride. There is a boardwalk and cycle path just across the road that goes all the way down the beach to Porto. There is a supermarket nearby and some lovely beach bars and restaurants along the front. Natacha was a perfect host - friendly and very responsive and helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Our teenage girls loved the surf lessons that Natacha suggested and we had lots to do and lots of sights to see. Thank you Natacha for the perfect stay. We recommend 100% and would definitely stay again!

This was a very nice studio that had all we needed. It is conveniently close to the old town at the base of the hill. It comes with convenient parking, so the walk up the hill to tour the University Library and museums, etc. was a big plus to have parking.

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or see it through the large glass doors. The restaurants were good and it was so easy to get to the fresh seafood restaurants over on the river in Gaia. Hugo had a list of many restaurants in the area both Gaia and Porto. Even though we did not communicate much during our stay, Hugo was quick to answer when we had a question. I felt we could reach out to him if we had a need.

très bel appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos Antonio est très accueillant et arrangeant la vue de l'appartement est juste incroyable les attentions d antonio comme le café les dosettes lave vaisselle et disette lessive sont un plus très appréciable je recommande ce logement
