The Ecusta Trail House is a rustic two bed one bath house built originally as a flower barn, and has since been fully renovated into a comfy vacation home. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself, the space below you is storage space. Our place is just 1.5 miles from down town Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville, and just 20-30 minutes to Brevard, Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State forest. The Ecusta Greenway is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Great central location!

Kitchenette has coffeemaker, griddle, microwave, half size fridge. Bathroom shower with basics. Outside is your own Hot tub -parking for two cars. 3+ = 4th night free! This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.
