Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

Joey was extremely responsive. One of the remotes broke during my trip and he had batteries and a replacement on my doorstep within an hour. Would definitely stay here again.

LeAnn’s place was perfect. From the moment you walk in you can tell she put a lot of effort into making the space feel homey and comfortable. The space was exactly as depicted in the pictures. She was quick to answer any questions and always polite. We would stay at LeAnn’s if ever back in Galveston.

Andrew‘s place was located perfectly in Kemah. It was close to local shops, my church, my parents house, restaurants and it was within walking distance or driving. It was quiet and there was plenty to do. His home felt like home. I would highly recommend coming back.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Fantastic views and ample patio space. The condo was clean and also smelled fabulous not overpowering. The color through out was calming and beach appropriate. Parking was also top notch as our vehicles were with covered parking with camera surveillance. I would absolutely recommend staying here any chance you have from a day to a few days. Thank you for your graciousness!!!!

A gem. Great location, walkable to shopping & restaurants. Secure, gated parking. Apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. Lots of windows with natural light came with full shades for privacy. An awesome balcony with view of cruise ship port & bustling town. Go inside & you hear nothing. Beds were comfortable & lots of extra blankets & towels. Kitchen was fully stocked, even with coffee & condiments to go. This was a great “in-town” air b&b & we LOVED our stay.

We had such an amazing stay. Karlsen’s place was within walking distance of so many restaurants and activities and the place was so cute and amazing, too! We came with our dog too and he had such a blast and felt right at home. We will definitely be coming here again 🩷

Becky place was so nice! My family enjoyed it for Easter day. We walked to the beach because it wasn’t far. It was very clean and I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. Definitely will book again!

The house was fantastic, but the neighbors partied past midnight every single night. We stayed here for the Moody Gardens Ironman. The backyard was perfect for our dogs.

The hot tub was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and we loved the ample towels. We had trouble with the unresponsive fire stick remote and I'm sure it will be replaced soon. Walter seems to really care about the property. Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Nam's place. We were central to all of the attractions of the sea wall, yet her place was a peaceful retreat. Nam was responsive and ensured we had a smooth check-in.

Without a doubt one of the best places Ive stay in such a long time. Julius was very understanding and attentive to our needs and concerns. Everything was exactly as the listing shows. My favorite part is that it family friendly and had everything we needed for a little one which helps us in the long run. This has now become our go to place anything we are visiting Galveston. Thank you Julius and Michael for a magic experience.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. FINALLY a TV and Remote control you did not need a degree to figure out how to use. Thank you! Bring an extension cord. Sometimes the location of the outlets may not allow for chargers or laptop chargers to reach phones or laptops. The only suggestion is a coffee table. The only major issue that needs immediate attention for the entire complex, not just Julian's condo, is that signs MUST be placed on each balconly for NO SMOKING. This is my fourth stay within this complex and unfortunately, there's always that one guest that will smoke POT on the balcony where the gulf winds carry the stinch into other guest's condos. This is so inconsiderate. If other guests must smoke, they must do so in their vehicles; no exception. Otherwise, this condo was a steal for the rate advertised. I will be back. Insist those NON SMOKING signs be put up in each balcony.
