The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Market Harborough, noted for it's coaching inns and Old Grammar School dating from 1614. Markets are held almost every day and the town has it's own theatre. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Escape to the tranquility of our spacious 2 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the countryside on our family run farm. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Explore the nature trail through the woods, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.

The Stables are set within the grounds of a Tudor Manor House, the oldest house in Kibworth. Converted in 2015 the Stables originally Victorian retain much of the original features whilst adding 21st century luxuries. Two bedroom both with en-suites, power showers & electric towel rails. Underfloor heating. TV’s in each bedroom and lounge. Kitchen fully equipped. Toiletries available for use during your stay. Pod point outside the Stables and off street secure parking for two cars.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. The Victorian Barn

The Victorian Barn is a beautifully converted barn which provides a high standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is in a tranquil location amongst acres of arable farmland and wild flower margins. It can be easily accessed from the village of Theddingworth. Only 5minutes drive from the picturesque town of Market Harborough with a varied selection of restaurants, individual boutiques, award winning farm shop and covered market.
