The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Into the Woods - Downstairs

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nine foot, coffered ceilings make this place very airy with big windows in living room and bedroom. The futon couch folds down to make a double bed, with a queen bed in bedroom. The bathroom has safety features, grab-bars in the shower that doubles for a shelf & at the toilet that holds toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen & multiple sets of towels & linens. Great for long term stays. Ground level entrance with small step onto covered porch.

The Byron Bungalow, convenient to all of middle Georgia (Byron, Macon, Warner Robins, Perry), is located off I-75, minutes from the Amazon warehouse & Buc-ee's, and close to Robins AFB. Near restaurants & shopping, the Bungalow has one bedroom with ROKU TV; living room with 55-inch ROKU TV; full kitchen; large bathroom; and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and reserved parking round out this 725 square foot house, whether you are on vacation or looking for a business trip home.

Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Cozy 3BR/2BA home in a quiet, nice, safe area near Hwy 75 & 41, close to Warner Robins, Perry Fairgrounds, the tech college, and Fort Valley. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath; two rooms have queen beds. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Full kitchen, coffee area, workspace, and fenced backyard with wooded view and no rear neighbors for added privacy . Playground just a 1-minute walk away! Outdoor cameras: front door, back door, driveway. No indoor cameras.

This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
