Newly built modern and stylish home, nestled hilltop behind Fort Pond with panoramic rooftop views from the ocean to the Long Island Sound. A 15 minute walk or just a few minutes drive to town and the ocean beaches, close to Surf Lodge, Navy Beach, Duryeas, Montauket. The house has 4 beds, 3-1/2 baths, large open plan kitchen, dining, living, and a second living room / den off the downstairs deck. There is also A playground and basketball courts right down the hill.
