Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. Our Gateway Getaway is a hidden gem, private suite conveniently located minutes from downtown Chattanooga, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and historical sites. The property owners are an elderly couple that live on the main floor of the property. The income from this suite goes toward the lifestyle services they need to stay in their house of 61 years. The rental space is managed by the couple's son and daughter-in-law.

This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
