We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

David’s place was terrific. It was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. David was very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Sylvia’s place was perfect. The bathroom is huge and super clean. We loved the balcony and were sitting outside every morning and evening. It is very quaint. It’s a short five minute walk to the beach. We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to put our beach stuff in. We did have to share those things with the other unit but it worked out. We will definitely stay at Sylvia‘s place here in Fort Myers Beach again. Perfect little getaway! Highly recommend.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This place is so clean I felt at home and very quite which is exactly what I loved. Also, the host was amazing and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone and also, take care of it because we all deserve to be treated in the manner this host do, so keep it clean and spotless just like you will find it 😀

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We brought a small child and two adults, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. They provided a high chair and Pack ’n Play which was a huge help and made traveling with a toddler so much easier. There was plenty of space to spread out, with multiple bathrooms and cozy spots to unwind and enjoy our family time. The location is fantastic - much more accessible to the beach than many other places we’ve stayed in Naples Park. We’d absolutely return!

Nuestra estadía en Nápoles fue inolvidable gracias a este departamento acogedor y céntrico, ubicado a solo una cuadra de la playa y del pier de Nápoles. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El departamento era cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda para una familia de 4 integrantes. La ubicación era perfecta, a solo una cuadra de la playa y del pier de Nápoles, y a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Podíamos caminar fácilmente a la mayoría de los lugares de interés turístico y disfrutar de la vida nocturna de la ciudad. Sin duda, recomendaría este departamento a cualquiera que busque una experiencia auténtica en Nápoles cerca de la playa.

Our stay in this apartment in Naples was wonderful! An exceptional value and great location—restaurants, beach, shopping, etc., all within 15 minutes. The place was very clean and Katie was quick to answer any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed the main pool and gym and taking walks around the property in the evening. The pool closest to the apartment was being worked on while we were there, so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy it soon!
