Joyce has done a phenomenal job with this lake house. Everything has been thought through. The house actually looks even better than the pictures. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. And it is super clean. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you would need ant home or away. Ample seasoned fire wood and starter sticks makes using their MASSIVE fire pit a breeze. The best part is she gives you access to both of their docks and you will not have to take your boat or kayak out of the water once. We kayak fished Johnson’s and Lacey’s with ease from her house. 100% coming back to stay again.

Amazing house in a great location. Perfect place for proximity to parks and the city. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in/ check-out was easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at Rhoda’s home. If anything, I think it was ever better the second time. I can’t explain how she is able to do it, but her home truly does feel like returning home. It’s private and secure. You will never be disappointed when staying at her home. Thank you so much Rhoda.

The place was exactly as described and easy to access. Location was perfect for us. We had a great time and felt perfectly at home during our stay.

A relaxing place to get away. Water front but still 5-10min from everything to do in Richmond. Really enjoyed! planning on coming back again!

Great spot for a Bachelor Bash weekend. Plenty of space. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider to welcome us was a nice touch! Highly recommend for anyone looking to do the Virginia Historic Triangle.

I absolutely loved my stay. House is warm and cozy and very clean. I highly recommend this home if you're visiting Richmond. Great location, close enough to all Richmond has to offer. 5 stars.
