Built in 2021, this space is tastefully decorated, has off-street parking in the back, internet access, and A/C. Located just 25 miles west of Portland, and not far from Willamette Valley's wine county, and the Pacific NW only Sake Brewing Operation, Forest Grove has lots to do. Bring your bikes/kayaks, or just come to relax and enjoy!

Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

The Cabin

Whimsical cabin in the woods! This tiny house is 288 square feet on one floor. It has a queen size murphy "bed in a box." It boasts a full size bathroom and kitchen. Like many rural tiny homes, the unit is equipped with a composting toilet. As an option there is also a portable toilet adjacent to the cabin. Nestled in the foothills of the Tillamook Forest, the cabin is on a beautifully forested property with gardens, decks, trails, etc. A private drive & ample parking round out the amenities.

We live upstairs full-time, the apartment is completely private with its own entrance but not soundproof!

Welcome to Laurel house! We are located just blocks from Pacific University and 3 blocks from the Grand Lodge. Some easy outings could be to Portland, the Oregon coast, or to the many local brew pubs, and 7 wineries within 5 miles. Our guests have use of the main space including: a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a full bath with a jetted tub, and open living space. Amenities: WiFi, TV, work space, the front yard, patio, and one off street parking space, additional street parking is available.

Try your hand at mini pottery, do some wine tasting, get local snacks at our summer farmer's market, hike in the forest, and go out on Hagg Lake. Our quiet retreat is close to just about everything!
