This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.
