Loved the windows and location. The location was the best! Walking distance to the fun places but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise from all the people. Loved how it was super locked in and nobody that didn’t belong could get in the building.

The place is soo cute and comfy . Your right in the middle of soo much to do. We found some Great restaurants in the area and just a short jaunt to get into Louisville. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This place is as described and better! EVERYTHING is top quality, no corners were cut with anything. Literally felt like I was at my own place. Clean, well stocked (they thought of EVERYTHING in the kitchen), comfortable, and Ronnie is excellent to communicate with. Great restaurants and stores within walking distance. We will be back, for sure! New Albany is a hidden gem and this place made it that much better.

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

great stay at Krystian’s place. plenty of space and super convenient to anywhere in downtown Louisville. really liked having a driveway and didn’t have to rely on street parking. would stay again!

Luanne’s place is beautiful, very comfortable and plenty of space. Feels like a home away from home. We loved the large trees around and all the historic homes and buildings in the area. Luanne was very responsive and helpful with questions as they came up. We very much enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

Shannon was great to work with. Rental is in a great place, close to downtown, and parking was really easy!

Haylee was accommodating on our check in and check out times due to our daughters spread out appointments! She left very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and use the keys/lights. I’m sure my kids were also super loud which she didn’t seem to mind! Which was grateful because I was super worried about that

The property is surrounded by hills in a nice area with low crime and beautiful views. Everything was nice and clean when we walked in and was a nice and peaceful stay for a very affordable price.

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect! Host was very responsive before and during our stay.

Stayed at Nikki’s while we attended a music festival. Ride shares were very responsive. Nikki was great and on top of everything. The house is directly across from Churchill Downs. There are two convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend for a small family or group of friends.

The loft apartment was absolutely stunning. It was perfect , best location and lots of shops and most amazing restaurants. The apartment has so many extra , coffee bottled water , snacks ! I will definitely be back. You can easily get a shuttle right to the Kentucky derby with the derby shuttle. Just so much to see and shop and do. Thanks for sharing your wonder place with us. We loved everything g about it!

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

The host was very polite and responded very quickly to my messages. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for our family’s spring break trip! It was awesome! We loved the amenities of the building and everything was super clean. We loved being able to walk to so many places! We will absolutely be back!
