The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Bradley and Ayako were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ayako brought us little tasty treats. It was lovely to use their pool and to eat our takeaways by the pool. The location was perfect for visiting our son and family who live nearby. The apartment was really nice, tastefully furnished , well equipped and very clean. We would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Noga’s place on Hemple Ave! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from everything Orlando has to offer. Noga was a gracious and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. From the thoughtful touches to the easy check-in process, every detail was taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed Airbnb in the area.

The cottage was perfect in every way. The decor made the cottage feel so relaxing. It was very clean. The trees and plants in the yard made it feel very secluded and homey. I was visiting my FSU student, and it is very easy to get from the cottage to campus. I hope that I am lucky enough to stay here again!

Peaceful, comfortable place with friendly hosts and animals; many places for walks, bike rides, and rollerblading (wish I'd brought mine); close drive to stores, restaurants and attractions; definitely would stay again; the cats were our favorites

Our stay here was memorable. The location is perfect-walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the neighborhood. The yard at the cottage is fenced in so my little guy could run around and chase lizards freely. The cottage itself had all the necessary items you would find yourself needing for a few days near the beach. The items you would need to make a few meals for yourself. And the ability to do laundry is so useful, especially with kiddos. There were toys and puzzles for my kiddo too! The cottage reminded me of camping when I was a kid. Nothing fancy, just what you needed. We would definitely recommend this space!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s. The place was exactly as described; it was immaculately cleaned, the bed was very comfortable, and offered many wonderful amenities. Dawn is a host that goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The location was very close to many local things to do in Tampa. We were very happy with this stay, and I would highly recommend staying at Dawn’s!

Adam was very responsive and the accommodations were centrally located to all types of local activities.

I loved staying at this place, just the right size and location for my wife and I that was attending a wedding in the area. Very clean and the back yard was private and peaceful allowing us to relax before we attended the wedding. The host was very responsive making our stay even more enjoyable.. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very cozy and quiet space! Equipped with essentials if you may have forgotten to bring anything. Backyard/ pool area is very peaceful to sit by and soak up the sun. Vicki was awesome as well making sure we were settled in well!

Chandra is a dream host!! Very responsive, cares for the comfort and needs of her guests. The pool house is roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is very practical for any cooking or baking needs. Chandra has so many thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bath. The location is 45 -60 minutes to Orlando, Bok Tower and Tampa. Affordable and comfortable for exploring all of Central Florida.

Our stay at the Palm Coast Guest House was absolutely picture perfect. The space was bright, spacious, and clean — with a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a huge, comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was lovely and stocked with plenty of fresh linens, which we really appreciated after our long days out. We drove in from out of state and were so grateful to be able to check in early. Erin and David were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better — close to Flagler Beach, great restaurants, and awesome mountain biking trails like MalaCompra and Graham Swamp. Even though we didn’t have time to use the pool, knowing it was available was a great added bonus. The guest house was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Pedro & Eva are great hosts! Their hosted house looks new and very clean. They have the most complete amenities and supplies in the kitchen that we have seen in Airbnb. They also have two beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers for use. Washer and driers are in the unit and they provide everything you need for laundry. They are extremely responsive and we always get their replies in 5 min. They offer us great privacy and wash the grill for us after our first use. Great host and highly recommend!!

Had a great stay, communication was great. We had a small hiccup with the hot tub and problem was solved very quickly. The only thing I would complain about and not really complaining is there were cloths and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. No biggie and honest mistake by cleaners other then that the stay was amazing and felt like home away from home. Will stay again for sure

Tidy, well managed space! We appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, particularly the available coffee and toiletries. Made our visit easy and enjoyable. Be aware of some street noise from nearby busy road and freeway, particularly evident in the bedroom with queen bed. Overall, a nice place with easy access to all St Pete amenities!

Loved it! Convenient for our needs, comfortable, and chock full of all the things we might need... Including a loaded coffee bar! Nice touch😃 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and how we can come back here next time our adventures bring us to East Central Florida. Thank you!
