This was our second time staying in the apartment while passing through Miami. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, which a small park, grocery store, and many restaurants nearby. Maria is a wonderful host! She is a great communicator, provides clear instructions, and is incredibly helpful. She provides great recommendations on the local area and is very responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir waren als Familie in Tampa und die Wohnung ist perfekt dafür geeignet. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Michael war ein super Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen.

The apartment was spacious and exactly what we needed for our stay! Walking distance to great restaurants and an easy drive to Siesta Key were great perks also!

The apartment is in the perfect location of Miami, in short walking distance to Brickle Centre, Brickle Park and Island, all restaurants of the area etc. Short drives to Biscayne, Miami Beach, Shopping centres, Airport etc. I would therefore highly recommend the apartment. Max was always there with support and infos, everything worked smoothly. The only small thing was, that the pictures are not corresponding anymore with the new building built vis-a-vis. There‘s still a nice view on to the sea, but less than before. It does not jeopardise anything and I would still go again..

This fabulous space was perfect for my quick beach getaway! I found the space to be well-designed and exactly as described. In particular, I enjoyed how the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a tea/coffee station, ample sink space, and quality utensils/dishes. Also, host Marcella is great with communication.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

ive stayed at several air bnb rentals in my time, Thi has to be my favorite one so far. I loved the house. great location, cheap price for what your getting! rooms are large, nicely decorated, very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, owners would check on me from time to time to see if I needed anything. beds are very comfortable which made it hard for me to want to get up early, most days I slept in because it was so peaceful there. I can't wait to go back and stay there again. Owners are super friendly and very responsive. the house has alot of space and a great kitchen to cook in. the back patio area is awesome. highways and shopping are easy accessible with main streets not to far away. I would highly recommend staying here.

super easy check in & check out. they were quick to respond & accommodated our time requests. it was the perfect amount of space for us & plenty of things in the area.

We use AB&B a lot, and Anas Villa has been our best experience anywhere in the world. It’s just simply a stunning property in a beautiful area. Each of the rooms are finished to a very high standard, especially the themed rooms that our kids loved! And all of the beds are extremely comfortable! The pool area is immaculate. Everything was there for us. Towels, washing and dishwasher detergents, hot drinks, snacks, too much to list really but everything that you would have in a busy home. As a host Ana was faultless, responding within minutes of any queries before, during and after our stay. The only thing I would say to consider is that although the advert accurately lists the distances to the parks the traffic was terrible every single day that we were there, so the timings were at least double what are shown. Realistically I’d say expect 40 minutes or so to Disney and 50-60 to Universal allowing for traffic. If we ever return to Florida we we will hopefully stay here again!

Roy was very attentive to our needs. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but we worked it out.

Had such a great weekend. B&C were such amazing hosts and always responded fast. I can't wait to stay again.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...
