We stayed for 3.5 months during the winter months. We had everything that we needed in this home. We stayed warm and cozy since it snowed in Destin! Our dog had plenty of room outside. We enjoyed the front screened porch on sunny days. We didn't rent a car so we walked. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the beach was about a block away. When we didn't walk, we took the EC shuttle bus. Molly and Steve were always available if we needed anything and were great hosts! It was easy to use Uber for grocery and food delivery. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Gorgeous beach house with enough space for the group of 7 we had. Loved being on the beach and no other houses in front of us, private open beach. A+ on beach chairs/umbrellas being available since no rentals there. Loved the hot tub too! Would recommend to families or groups of friends.

My husband and I needed a little quiet getaway and the Bungalow was perfect. It was cozy, clean and all around perfect! you are just feet from the beach and ocean. Christina, the host was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Without a doubt we will be going back! I highly recommend this cute little Bungalow...oh and you can officially be a Stellar Dwellar!

Steven's home was clean, the master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the view was great. There's a good selection of board games, good Wi-Fi and a smart TV. One thing to note is that there's only one TV in the house and it's in the living room. We had four adults, two children and a Pomeranian and there was plenty of room for all of us. At one point there was no hot water and Steven responded almost immediately. He had a gentleman that promptly arrived and fixed it. The neighbors are very friendly with great dogs. I have no complaints at all and would stay at Steven's again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Host was very responsive with any requests. House was just as pictured. The area was very quiet and peaceful- which is what we were after when booking, it certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning for a future stay!

This is a sweet little beach house with tons of privacy! It is not fancy but just so cute, simple & comfortable. I loved the purse shower & sitting on the deck in the evenings & early morning coffee. Linens were very clean as well as a comfortable bed. The beach was simply the best, so beautiful & dog friendly. Our 2 year old Bernie-doodle Pheobe loved it. Jonathan the host was literally the most helpful & minor issue we had. He was so responsive & beyond accommodating. We have rented many places, as well as we manage properties & Johnathan definitely was probably one of the best hosts we’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this little house! Book now b/c it’s worth it. We loved it.

This place had everything we needed for my family and I. Great location and walking distance to the beach! My family very much enjoyed their time here and highly recommend this wonderful place! 🏝️

Excellent vacation spot! Everything was wonderful! My husband and I vacationed with our three children (ages 14, 9 & 6) and this place was perfect! The community was nice and quiet along with being very well maintained. The house is just as pictured and was very clean. You can literally stay here and never get back in your vehicle if you desire. The grocery, beach, arcade, shops, ice cream parlor, games for the kids, etc. are all within a very short distance. There’s nice shady places to take walks and the pool is right across the road from the house. The beach is a little golf cart ride away but there is a driving path just for the golf carts so that you do not have to go out on the main road, which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend the less-crowded of the two beach access points. We would highly recommend this house along with it’s hosts. They were very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions along with a list of recommendations!

Second time staying and it is such a nice place. This time we hit the beach and it is definitely walking distance and beautiful. Shelling is very nice and the house is close to Escape rooms and Dave and Busters! We will absolutely stay again!

we will definitely be back, 10/10 excellent communication and when we had a minor issue with the toilet flush, it was resolved within an Hour highly recommend this place

I booked Sherrie’s place because the reviews were all so great and I wasn’t disappointed. The house perfect for me, my husband, teenage daughter & two dogs. It decorated so adorably and we all felt completely at home. Even my two fur babies who can sometimes be anxious away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the cool fall evenings with the fenced in yard so the dogs could roam. My 17 year old daughter was obsessed with the vinyl record collection so we listened to many of them while working on a puzzle at night. Also, so thankful for the beach gear (wagon, umbrella & towels) so we didn’t have to lug ours along on the trip! 10/10 would highly recommend Sherrie’s place & hope we can stay here again!

We all enjoyed the home and our stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the beaches of Okaloosa Island and Destin without the congestion of either place. One can go to the beach and then get away from all the touristy stuff. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities.

Taylor’s home is beautiful and as advertised. The home is well decorated and amenities are plentiful and then some. The yard is spacious and great for dogs. Inside the home was very comfortable. This home was advertised to be in the East Hill neighborhood, and it was in fact on the far outskirts of East Hill, so it is not what I was expecting or looking for. The home is on a busy street with a lot of cars and foot traffic. While still quiet, I did not enjoy how open it is. Furthermore, while the neighboring houses are okay, there are some very shady houses on the surrounding streets that are broken down and not comforting to be in close proximity too. There were a decent amount of sketchy people walking up and down the street, and ultimately for this reason I did not extend my stay. I will say, Taylor was a very nice host and communicated well. She understood my concerns and let me leave my stay early. The home itself is beautiful in every way, but not on a great street.

Thanks for the dog toy. It's nice the lady across the drive checks in and is friendly when we run into her. Love that she included soap for the laundry this time. Nice place and this was our second stay. Looking forward to booking this place again next year.

My family and I enjoyed our stay during Spring Break 2025 weekend. The home is beautiful and welcoming, very spacious, clean, beautiful decor, nice neighborhood. Each room has a TV, all amenities included. Dennis was very helpful, he responded immediately and was more than accommodating to our needs. I will use this home again. If you've come upon Heather's place And you're debating on whether or not book it for your next family vacation. I can't stress enough do it!!! I ended up extending our stay two separate times and Heather was responsive and more than helpful each time!! Everything was amazing, the ambiance that they have created in the backyard was so welcoming and peaceful,the bar area was so fun for the whole family to hang out, watch TV and sit by the fire, she has absolutely thought of everything that you could possibly need! There are 2 outdoor showers which I just y'all you I never want to shower indoors again now and my daughter said the same thing lol! You don't even need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash, she had made sure to provide all these items in each of the four showers on the property! If there was an option to give a hundred stars for this property than I would, my family has already asked when we can go back to Heather's again! SHE ALWAYS RESPONDS!!!
