The office, which is located beside the front pool off of Cardinal Lane, accepts credit card, check or cast and ID must be presented to receive the electronic badge for pool access. Things to Know: - Community pool access is optional for an additional fee of $150 for the length of your stay. - Free parking available for 1 vehicle - space 322. Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while relaxing on the king bed in the master suite.
