My dog and I had such a wonderful time at Marlie's place, and we cannot wait to return. It's a clean, simple, and comfortable with excellent amenities like the hot tub and wood stove. Marlise is so helpful and the check-in and check-out couldn't be easier. The view is even better than the pictures and the easy access to so many trails was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Hated the fact we had to leave! I miss it already. I would definitely recommend staying at this AirBNB. There are so many great things to say about this place! The bed is comfortable, the place is clean, the views are amazing, the hot tub is phenomenal and we used it every night! Stacey and her husband are so kind, easy to talk to and helped us with a multitude of things like with the train schedule, set us up for hot tubs every night, gave us suggestions on nearby restaurants and left us a bottle of sparkling wine🙂. They’ve really set the bar for the most perfect hosts, AirBNB and location. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. I would strongly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

One of the best airb&b so far, perfect for a couple, spectacular views of staubach falls ( & few others too) , surrounded by mountains it’s a heaven. Very quiet, private , perfectly equipped kitchen, bath. Cozy comfortable beds , decent sized wardrobe . Tumelbach fall walkable distance . the cute patio and hundreds of birds visiting throughout the days, creating wonderful sounds & the waterfall is so close that its sound is heard clearly . The river is 1 minute walk so is staubach falls main visitor point. The coop store is very accessible from the property , easy 10 mins. Walk through scenic landscapes. Wednesday afternoon cow auction event took place next to the central parking lot. The best part of house is the ceiling glass window giving views of the waterfall from the bed while lying! Awesome! Stechelberg treck is so easy from the house, the camping site is just few minutes away just to let you see a different travel life. illma ( alpaca) farm next door. Overall excellent !👌

If I go Geindelwalt again. I will stay here again

Picture perfect - most stunning place we’ve been. Right next to the lake, looking into the mountains. Most gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Dunja is an excellent host, she’s very responsive and helpful. We needed to check out later and she was very accommodative.

Katja and Beni were wonderful hosts. The apartment has the most amazing view of the mountains and on a couple of afternoons we sat outside on the terrace in the sunshine with a drink. The interior was absolutely spotless. It looked brand new. Of all the Airbnb’s we have stayed in it had the most well-equipped kitchen, and a very spacious wet room shower in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us. I drove to Hasliberg Reuti (25mins) and got the cable car up to ski, whilst my wife went for walks locally, of which there were many. She used Swisstopo on her phone which is the most amazing map/tracking app. Katja was always responsive when we texted for help. We would definitely stay again when next in the area.

Our stay at Heidi’s was unforgettable and we definitely hope to return. Location wise, the apartment offers absolute tranquility with one of the best views of the lake we saw during our stay. It’s only a few minutes drive away from the town of Brienz which has everything you could need as well as a natural charm and beautiful lakeside walks. The apartment itself felt very safe and was well equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially clean, with plenty of utensils and a range of board games to play in the evenings. The bed was another highlight; it was really comfortable and Heidi also provided lots of blankets which were welcomed when sitting out on the balcony. Heidi was always responsive and helped us with local recommendations. We felt absolutely at home and already miss the views from the apartment.

The views from the large, mountain facing windows in this place are incredible. Even more grand and awe striking than the listing photos. Out of 100 or more Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in, this place is probably the prettiest we’ve ever stayed in and may ever stay in. It’s very spacious and clean. Similar to sizes for 2 bedroom apartments we are used to in America. It’s very easily accessible to the train system which makes for easy day trips further into the mountains. Instructions were clear and communication was quick if I had questions. There are a few small grocery stores near the train station that made saving money on breakfast and lunch easy to do. Highly recommend

Amazing stay at his home! Even though it is technically a shared home, it felt very private. The room is well decorated, has everything you need in the kitchen. The rooftop views were incredibly. Herbert was a wonderful host!
