First floor twin bed

Flat 2 is on the first floor and has twin beds and a sofa bed. The flat is small with just enough room for everything you need and great views. There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. Downstairs in the laundry room you have access to the washing machine and dryer and extra towels . The parking space is on the Farncombe Hill forecourt, EV charging is available and there is a small shared garden. This flat is pet free but pets are welcome in the other flats .

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.
